Biography

Historian Simar Singh of Patiala, a young intellectual who has carved a remarkable niche for himself as the world's youngest Sikh researcher, historian and author. Hailing from the prestigious Royal Family of Mirpur, he boasts a lineage deeply rooted in Sikh heritage, being the great-grandson of the revered Sant Sayyad Prithipal Singh Ji, an iconic figure in Sikh history. Simar assumes the distinguished role of President at Historical Heritage (International) and serves as a chief member of the Sikh Research Board within the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC). He is the President of Gian Prakash Pattar , Co-ordinator of Saragarhi Foundation Inc.,He authored numbers of books and articles. His devotion to preserving and propagating Sikh heritage knows no bounds, as he spearheads initiatives to digitize rare books on Sikh history, safeguard historical copies of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, and undertake the restoration of sikh buildings,
