Adjunct Professor at Universidade Fernando Pessoa, Porto PhD in Management and Health Units and Nursing Services at the Catholic University. Master in Management of Health Units by the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo (Portugal) and holds a Post Graduation in Management of Health Facilities and Social Institutions. Research interests are: Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Management and Innovation. He published papers on intellectual capital, knowledge management and innovation issues.
