Biography
Tahany Noreldin is a professor and agronomist at the Soils, Water and Environment Research Institute, Egypt, with a focus on sustainable water management. I utilize crop modeling (DSSAT, AquaCrop, CropSyst, SAlTMED) to analyze crop-water relationships under climate change scenarios, providing vital data for Egypt's land reclamation efforts. My current goal is to integrate GIS and remote sensing for advanced evapotranspiration mapping to further improve water use efficiency and resilience in agricultural systems.
