Biography
Presently, Tamojit Poddar is a Senior student from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. He is interested in all the domains of Mechanical, Environmental and Aerospace Engineering. His core research interests include Renewable Energy, Sustainable Development, Waste Management by novel engineering techniques, Mechanical Working of Metals etc. He has authored 10+ Research Articles published in National and International journals from India, U.S.A. and U.K. He has also taken a dip into the core mechanical/industrial sphere by performing Internships and Vocational Trainings under Industrial Giants (Maharatna Companies) like NTPC, IOCL etc. He also has a strong grasp over the designing softwares viz., AutoCAD & Solidworks. He's a Dassault Systèmes Certified Solidworks Associate (CSWA) in Mechanical Design & Additive Manufacturing and also holds several intricate structural designing experiences using AutoCAD.
