She defended Dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.04 - management of the enterprises on the topic «Formation of market potential of metallurgical enterprises on the basis of assessment of the use of their human capital» http://repository.kpi.kharkov.ua/bitstream/KhPI-Press/44612/1/tytul_dysertatsiia_2020_Fonarova_Formuvannia_rynkovoho.pdf (01.07.2020) at the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute», Kharkov. Experience of scientific and pedagogical work over 20 years She worked at the Department of Management of NMetAU from 2005 to 2021. Since 2021, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Management, Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. Since 2022 Associate Professor of the Department of Intellectual Property and Project Management of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies

Graduated from Dnepropetrovsk State University with a degree in Physics, Teacher (1992), the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine with a degree in Management of Organizations (2001).
