Dr.K.UMADEVI, M.Com., M.Phil., MBA., PGDHE., Ph.D., SET., is Assistant Professor in PG and Research Department of Commerce in Guru Nanak College, Velachery, Chennai. Tamilnadu. Teaching experience of over 27 years of which 12 years are dedicated to Postgraduate teaching and 8 years to Research. Best teacher Award 2020 from Bestow Edutrex International, Best Faculty Award – 2018 by Grabs Educational Charitable Trust and Republic Day Achievers Award- Best Faculty Commerce – HRM for the year 2017-18 by Integrated Intelligent Research. Best paper in National Conference on ‘Innovative strategies for corporate Management’. Best paper award in National Conference on ‘Financial Markets: Issues, Challenges and Way forward’. Best paper award in International Conference on ‘Transformation in Industry in an Era of Digitalization: Challenges And Opportunities’ Research Supervisor and Ph.D.
