Venus Lun

Biography

Ir Dr Venus Lun received her PhD in Engineering from University of London (Member Institute: City University of London). She is a Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) registered in the Engineers Registration Board in Hong Kong, and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) registered in the Engineering Council in UK. She was elected as Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT), Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET), and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE). She is honored to receive Erasmus Mundus Scholar from the European Commission, Designated Inventor from the European Patent Office, Fellow Award from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, two awards from the Inventions Geneva, and several best paper awards. She has published more than 50 articles in scholarly journals. She also published five books with Springer Nature Switzerland AG and co-owned 4 patents.
