Biography
Victor worked as a teacher and coordinator of English language for all stages of basic education in private schools in Distrito Federal. He taught English classes from basic to advanced levels at Cooplem Idiomas and Cultura Inglesa schools. A civil servant since 2014, he has held the positions of teacher, pedagogical coordinator, and intermediate coordinator at SEEDF. He has experience in the areas of Language and Literature, with an emphasis on Modern Foreign Languages, Pedagogical Coordination, and Educational Management. He is currently a permanent English teacher at the Federal Institute of Brasília - Estrutural Campus and a member of the Study and Research Group on Literacy in Language Assessment - GEP-LALIS (UnB/CNPq).
Education
PhD candidate in Linguistics at Universidade de Brasília (2025); Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Universidade de Brasília (2023); Specialist in Educational Management from Universidade Católica de Brasília (2016) and in Higher Education Teaching from Faculdade de Tecnologia de Goiás (2019); Graduated in Languages - Portuguese/English and Respective Literatures from Faculdade da Terra de Brasília (2010).
