Biography
Dr. Vijay M Sarode has been working since 1982 in the Mulund College of Commerce, Mumbai, India, and since then teaching to the undergraduate courses in Statistics, Mathematics & Computer and has taught Compu-math to the Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science & Applications (DCSA) course of Department of Computer Science of Mumbai University, India for 4 years. At present he is Associate Professor of Statistics and Head, Dept. of Statistics, Mathematics and Computer. Author was recipient of Government of India Fellowship and University Merit Scholarship. He is Recognized PhD Guide in Statistics of Shri JJTU, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India. Author has completed his Ph.D. in Statistics. Author's area of specialization is Morbidity, Mortality, Reproductive and Child Health (RCH), ANC, PNC, Immunization, awareness of HIV/AIDS among slum dwellers and health related problems among elderly in slums.
