Biography

I worked as an executive for over 5 years in the area of sales and Marketing in Print Media like, The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited (Decann Herald & Prajavani) and The Express Publication (Maduri) Limited (The New Indian Express & Kannadaprabha). During this period, I developed and executed strategies like special promotions, conducted sponsored events and maintained cordial relationships with clients through superior customer service. I could not resist my passion to enter into the teaching and research field, while I was working as executive. I was also very much particular about perusing Ph.D. in Management. I got into teaching service, worked for doctoral degree and was awarded Doctorate in Management by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. I have already put in more than 14 years of teaching experience in the area of Management education. Having 12 years of research and 5 years of post-doctoral experience.
