Biography
Volodymyr Skochko, born July 30, 1987, in Kyiv, is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, and Head of the Department of Special Purpose Structures at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. Graduated with honors in Industrial and Civil Engineering and has been engaged in academic and research activities since 2010. He is the author of over 130 scientific publications and supervises PhD candidates. Serves as Editor-in-Chief of a few scientific journals and conference proceedings. He is an expert in energy-efficient construction, sustainable development, structural optimization, and design of defense structures. He founded and leads the NZEB Hub and has trained over 1000 specialists. Leads international projects with GIZ, Erasmus+, UN agencies, and NEFCO. Awarded by the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2019), the Ministry of Education and Science (2020), and the Mayor of Kyiv (2025). He is a full member of the National Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine.

Doctor of Technical Sciences (specialty: 05.01.01 – Applied Geometry, Engineering Graphics), Professor. Graduated from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture with a degree in "Industrial and Civil Construction" (qualification: Construction/Structural Engineer).
