Biography

Mechanical Engineer (UNSA) with a strong background in structural integrity, maintenance planning, and technical education. Currently, I specialize as a UT Failure Inspector at Minera Las Bambas, focusing on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and the reliability of critical mining assets. My professional experience includes serving as a Maintenance Planner at Curtiembre Pacheco, where I optimized asset availability by developing Excel-based automation for logistics and implementing predictive maintenance strategies based on historical data analysis. In addition to my industrial experience, I have over four years of experience as a Mathematics Educator, developing high-level analytical and planning skills through the teaching of Trigonometry and complex problem-solving. As a researcher at Novalabs, I integrate computational simulation tools such as ANSYS, SolidWorks, and MATLAB to bridge the gap between theoretical modeling and field-proven reliability.
