With a degree in Biology from Universidad de Sucre (Colombia) and experience in biotechnology and the biology of microorganisms, she is well-equipped to tackle any challenge. Her scientific initiation in the Agricultural Bioprospecting Research Group involved evaluating essential oils as phytosanitary alternatives for controlling root rot in avocado crops.
