Biography

Ayansola Ayandibu holds a B.Sc Hons in Accounting, Masters of Business Administration and also a Ph.D in Leadership Studies (Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship). He has worked in the corporate environment for 8 years in Nigeria before relocating to South Africa. Dr.Ayandibu worked for Lieutenant Consulting, Midrand, Johannesburg in 2012 as an Accountant / Economist. He lectured at University of KwaZulu Natal from February, 2013 to January, 2021 in the Discipline of Management and Entrepreneurship. Ayansola has lectured Accounting, Management and Entrepreneurship modules in the University of KwaZulu Natal. He has also published articles in accredited journals, published books chapters and also edited a book. Dr. Ayandibu has attended international conferences in the University of London, UK, Harvard University (USA), Ryerson University, Totonto Canada and Mauritius. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in Business Management at the University of Zululand, South Africa.
