Biography
Doctorate and Master in Mathematics Education (PUC-SP). Specialist in Teacher Training (IFSP) and Mathematics Education (UnG). Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (UnG). Professor at the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP). Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Education at the State University of Montes Claros (PPGE/Unimontes). Works with initial and continuing education of teachers who teach Mathematics. He is Vice-President of the Brazilian Society of Mathematics Education, triennium 2022-2025. He is the leader of the Research Group Curricula in Mathematics Education (GPCEEM), in which studies and develops research on Mathematics curricula, materials to support curriculum development and the teacher-curriculum relationship.
