Biography
Professor of basic, technical and technological education at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio de Janeiro in the areas of Introduction to Law, Business Law and Labor Law. Coordinator of the research group NUPRESE – Núcleo de Pesquisas em Responsabilidade Social e Empresa certified by CNPq / Brazil. He has been engaged in teaching since 2004, with extensive experience in the field of Law, particularly in Private Law, Environmental Law, and Urban Law. He has conducted and continues to conduct research on a wide range of topics, linking private law and economic activities with fundamental constitutional rights and sustainability. Lawyer enrolled in the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, sectional of Minas Gerais OAB-MG.
Education
Post-Doctorate in Law at the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. Doctor of Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC-SP with a research focus on Effectiveness of Public Law and the Limitations of State Intervention. Master in Law from Centro Universitário Fluminense - UNIFLU - RJ with a research focus on private relations and Constitution. Graduated in Law from Universidade Vale do Rio Doce - UNIVALE.
