Biography
Mr. Neeraj Kumar is an Assistant Professor at CMS Business School, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Quality Management from Delhi Technological University (DTU), New Delhi. He holds an M.Tech. in Manufacturing and Automation from Maharishi Dayanand University, an MBA in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour from Guru Jambheshwar University, and a B.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. With over sixteen years of diversified experience spanning academia, research, and industry, Mr. Kumar has established himself as a scholar and practitioner in the fields of Total Quality Management (TQM), Operations Management, and Industrial Engineering.
