Biography
Philipe Rocha de Camargo holds a Ph.D. in Sport Policy and Management from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), with a doctoral internship at Loughborough University (United Kingdom). His research focuses on sport policy, governance, transparency, and management, with particular attention to athlete support programs and state-funded sport development policies in Brazil. His studies address the relationship between public policy, welfare principles, and organizational structures in sport. He is a professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS), where he teaches Handball Teaching Methodology and Outdoor Sports.

Currently a Professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS), and conducts research in the fields of Sport Policy, Governance, Management, and Physical Education.
