Biography
The direction of my research is related to the processes of corporatization of the economy, namely taxation, accounting and control of corporate rights. During the research, decisions of administrative and commercial courts regarding the emergence and termination of corporate rights of joint-stock company participants were considered. In 2013, the textbook "Forensic Accounting Expertise" was published, in which the conditions and procedure for the appointment of forensic accounting expertise in law enforcement practice of Ukraine are highlighted. This textbook systematizes the organization and methodology of forensic accounting studies of economic processes by accounting objects. In addition, the textbook covers the most common schemes for legalization of illegally obtained income in Ukraine; systematized expert studies of typical violations in the branches of the national economy: industry, capital construction, agriculture, transport, trade, food industry, and banking institutions.
