Implementation of High Speed Cascode Cross-Coupled Stage Comparator in CMOS Technology Nishi Pandey, Laxmi Singh, Abhishek Agwekar International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication ICSC, 2025 Low power dynamic comparator is generally used in ultra-low power applications. This device uses ‘28nm CMOS technology’ and the ‘Power Supply Voltage’ is “l.1V”. In order to reduce “Static Power Consumption” and increase comparison ‘Speed’ most dynamic comparators use a pair of cross-coupled inverters as latch level. This provides a decent power input. Here used double tail latch comparator with cross coupled gives the advantages in the power consumption and input referred RMS noise. Unlike traditional architectures, adding cross-connectors to different pairs of inputs prevents end-to-end comparison of nodes. Reducing the overall effect of the stage, the delay of the rate is decided by the total conductance value of the cross-coupled logics of the comparator transistors with a gate-to-source voltage of zero. This work presents a novel low voltage cascode cross-section and high contrast circuit using CMOS technology. The design concept does not use the standard cross-coupled inverter architecture, but uses gate blocking cross-coupled transistors. This concept increases the overall transconductance value at the beginning of the comparison stage, resulting in faster comparison and lower power consumption. Through simulation and measurement, the “Delay” and “Power Consumption” of the compared products are analyzed and compared with previous models. Test results show that the comparator is recommended to be used from a 1.2V power supply with reference voltage 1-2V consumes less energy.

Review of Shortest Path Wireless Sensor Network Performance with Energy-Efficient Approaches Amit Sahu, Nishi Pandey, Abhishek Agwekar Proceedings International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Smart Systems Icais 2021, 2021 Improving the lifetime of a WSN which works in very cruel conditions, is one of the key difficulties looked by scientists and engineers of remote sensor network advancements. Dragging out the lifetime of WSN becomes considerably more significant in some delicate regions where re-energizing or supplanting the sensor hub batteries is unimaginable or not viable. In this proposition, the issue of improving the WSN's lifetime is examined and is accomplished utilizing geography control calculations, which plan the sensors to preserve battery power mounted on them. Disjoint set K cover age method is applied for building the new and diminished geography that contains not many sensor hubs in dynamic state while taking care of the remainder of the hubs state. The idea of disjoint set K covers is utilized, where not many sensors are actuated and others are deactivated to save battery power for some time later. The sensors conveyed are isolated to frame a most extreme number of disjoint sensor subgroups and every subgroup is actuated for one discrete time-frame while different gatherings are in the rest mode to save the battery power.
A study of Dual Band Reformed Square Slot DRA for Wireless System Poonam Lodhi, Meha Shrivastava, Abhishek Agwekar Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Inventive Computation Technologies Icict 2021, 2021 The prospective strategy is an incorporation of a space reception apparatus and a dielectric resonator antenna (DRA). This is planned beyond trading off scaling down and productivity. It is seen that the reconciliation of space and dielectric structure to itself might be converged to accomplish very wide data transmission upstairs which the antenna polarization and radiation design are saved. Here the impact of space stature on the radiation execution of the DRA is examined. The reception apparatus structure is mimicked utilizing the HFSS programming. The reenacted results are introduced and contrasted and the deliberate outcome. This DRA has an addition of 7.1 and 6.3 dBi at 5.7 and 8.1 GHz, separately, its 10 dB return impedance data transfer capacity of almost 4.5% and 5.5% at two resounding frequencies. An aggregate of 98% proficiency has been accomplished from the design. It is indicated that the stature of the space can altogether influence the radiation properties of the DRA and there are acceptable arrangements among recreation and estimated results.
PAPR and BER Reduction of 5G MIMO Systems Based on Modified SLM and DCT Technique Namrata Jain, Meha Shrivastava, Abhishek Agwekar 2020 IEEE International Students Conference on Electrical Electronics and Computer Science Sceecs 2020, 2020 LTE (Long Term Evolution) which is increasing a lot of ubiquity these days. It is planned for giving high information rates, high phantom effectiveness and low PAPR. In spite of the fact that the utilization of SC-OFDM decreases PAPR, it builds the framework multifaceted nature. Thus it is important to build up an innovation which fulfills the necessities of LTE without expanding the framework unpredictability. The proposed work recommends SC-OFDM procedure as an option for the current different access strategy utilized in LTE. Despite the fact that the regular SC-OFDM gives high information rates and unearthly effectiveness, the exhibition of the framework could be improved further to diminish the PAPR, by appropriate changes in the strategies utilized. Bit error rate (BER) execution and Peak to average power ratio (PAPR) are of primary worry in the plan of a remote correspondence framework. A framework which is equipped for conveying low BER and PAPR is liked. Select mapping (SLM) and discrete cosine transform (DCT) is a system, which helps in accomplishing this objective somewhat.

Optimization of PAPR in MIMO - OFDM Using Partial Transmit Sequence and ACO for 5G Communication System Mitali Sahu, Meha Shrivastava, Abhishek Agwekar Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Inventive Computation Technologies Icict 2020, 2020 PAPR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio) appears as a significant barrier to the successful utilization of MIMO-OFDM (Multiple-Input, Multiple-Output - Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing) in 5G communication. The maximum value of PAPR degrades the performance of the transmitted signal. The reduction of PAPR requires various techniques such as partial transmit sequence and many more methods. In this paper, a modified PTS (partial transmit sequence) with ant colony optimization is proposed. The modified PTS reduces the value of PAPR and enhances the performance of the communication system. The main objective of this paper is to reduce the value of bit error rate and enhances the transmission throughput. The proposed algorithms reduce the values of error and enhances the process. The optimized PTS is simulated in MATLAB software by using different modulation scheme for performance evaluation. The optimized PTS methods get better results instead of clipping and PTS.
Adaptive frequency reuse of beam allocation for massive MIMO system using BP neural network model Kunal Thakre, Meha Shrivastava, Abhishek Agwekar 2nd International Conference on Data Engineering and Applications Idea 2020, 2020 The future of wireless networks depends on highspeed data without the intervention of service. The high speed of data transmission needs new radio frequency reuse technology. As a consequence of the high rate of data used a massive MIMO system. The massive MIMO system incorporates multiple arrays of an antenna and numerous users. The multiple antenna arrays used the concept of beam forcing and frequency reuse. The idea of frequency reuse induces the problem of inter – cell mterference and inter – beam interference. The generated intervention reduces the throughput of communication.
