  • Securing Medical Images in the Cloud: A Hybrid Approach Using Adaptive Strength Control and Content-Aware Watermarking
Deepak Kumar, Amit Wadhwa, Payal Garg
Icdt 2025 3rd International Conference on Disruptive Technologies, 2025
The field of healthcare data storage on the cloud, which is fast expanding, protecting sensitive medical pictures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs while maintaining computing efficiency and image quality top priority is a huge challenge. This work introduces a novel approach to securely store medical images kept in the cloud by combining adaptive strength control with content-aware watermarking. Using adaptive strength control allows one to protect important diagnostic sections while lowering distortion in less important areas by varying the watermark intensity in line with image content. We then precisely place the watermark in the image using content- aware watermarking. In this sense, we can quickly identify modification without sacrificing the visual quality of the image. We hash every image using SHA-256 to maintain the hash result for future use, therefore providing additional peace of mind. Photographs are encrypted and kept on a virtual cloud following their hashed and watermarked treatment. Recalculating and comparing the hash value helps users to verify the presence of the watermark and guarantees the integrity of the image, therefore regulating access to these pictures. The hybrid approach balances security, visual quality, and computing economy. Experimental data supports the system's capacity to preserve visual quality, function in a cloud storage environment, and properly protect photographs from modification. Medical professionals may be relieved that strict data privacy regulations and depending on the quality of preserved images help to safely guard sensitive healthcare data with this approach.
  • Security System for Services Access in Smart City System Using Internet of Everything and Cloud
    Amit Wadhwa, Neerja Arora
2024 2nd International Conference on Disruptive Technologies Icdt 2024, 2024
With the advancement of technologies like cloud computing and Internet of things, there are enormous areas in which these can be utilized. One such domain is Smart City concept utilizing or based on the architecture of Internet of everything. In a smart city the distinguish concept is the utilization of internet of everything architecture to effectively manage the services provided to users. Moreover, integration of internet of everything with cloud computing architecture would provide a better ecosystem in the area of smart cities. Providing services to smart city users could pose certain challenges and security issues with the integration of cloud computing. As per previous studied literature there is scope for improving access and authentication-based security of services imparted to smart city users. In this work, initially the consolidation of internet of everything (IoE) and cloud computing in smart cities is put forward. Further, this work focusses upon issues and challenges encountered in leveraging IoE in smart city environments with analysis of existing techniques for authentication and access control of cloud-based services and later provides a proposed system focusing upon imparting access control and authentication-oriented security for services delivered over a cloud and IoE followed by its analysis.
  • IoE in Smart Cities: Applications, Enabling Technologies, Challenges, and Future Trends
Ankit Garg, Amit Wadha, Jafar A. Alzubi
Intelligent Systems for Ioe Based Smart Cities, 2023
The innovative concept of smart cities drives economic growth and provides a standard of life through better services to the citizens. The incorporation of advanced technologies in smart cities projects smart outcomes that can be provided to the citizens. In the growth of smart cities, various public sectors, such as education, health care, and communication are adopting recent technologies such as IoE, Cloud/Fog computing, and Big data. These existing technologies integrate various IoE-based networks to manage various activities of smart cities. Many smart city projects are being implemented in different countries. Although various challenges are being faced, still, recent technologies are extensively being deployed in various projects of smart cities. To provide solutions to smart cities many standards have been implemented globally. These standards provide various solutions and concrete guidelines for the proper functioning of smart cities. The concept of smart cities is also facing some challenges in their planning, design, and implementation. Security and privacy of the IoE systems is one of the major challenges faced in the projects of smart cities. The main objectives of smart cities are to provide smart solutions to humans for their daily life problems and to create a sustainable environment. Researchers are developing various models of smart cities that can be implemented in real life to support the sustainable development of smart cities. This chapter explores numerous IoE applications which are also concerned with smart cities. The chapter discusses existing technologies that have a great contribution to the development of various prominent areas of smart cities. The chapter identifies and categorizes several challenges that are being faced by the stakeholders and officials in the construction of smart cities. At the end of the chapter, some research directions have also been discussed that can be helpful in the implementation of IoE-based applications and their deployment in smart cities.
  • Cloud-Based Secure Framework for Service Authentication and Access Control in Smart Cities Architecture Employing IOE
Amit Wadhwa, Neerja Arora, Ankit Garg
Intelligent Systems for Ioe Based Smart Cities, 2023
Cloud Computing has evolved as a next-generation technology and used as an integrated technology solution or feature in many evolving computing areas. One of the areas is in the field of Smart Cities, employing the internet of things or everything. A smart city is similar to a next-generation city, where services are being provided to users just like in the cloud computing domain. The focus of using such a system is to provide smart services to users or people living around. In previous works, presented by authors around the world, many solutions in different domains related to smart cities are provided, catering to different needs of users but still, there is scope for better access control and authentication mechanisms for accessing various services provided to users over a cloud-based environment. Smart cities are based on the usage of online computing services provided by various ICT/IOT technologies. It also faces many challenges and security threats, just like services in a cloud computing environment. The work presented here will discuss the concepts of the convergence of IOE and cloud computing in smart cities and the challenges faced in future-generation cities employing IOE. Along with this catering to security requirements in smart cities, this work proposes a security framework focussed on providing secure access control and authentication services delivered over the cloud-based system used in smart cities.
  • An Overview: Exploratory Data Analytics on E-Commerce Dataset

Proceedings 2021 3rd International Conference on Advances in Computing Communication Control and Networking Icac3n 2021, 2021
Its not news that people have been increasingly relying on digital technologies in recent years. As a result of this consumption, humans and machines are producing more data. On the other hand, these tools imply that organizations are complex. Furthermore, as the volume of data generated by users grows as a result of improved internet connections around the world, the issues of handling that data grow as well. As a result, techniques like machine learning (ML) can assist firms in managing and utilizing data supplied by users. Further, the focus of this work is to give insights in the field of exploratory data analysis to e-commerce system by applying probable machine learning based model.

Manu Panwar, Amit Wadhwa, Sanjeev Pippal
Proceedings 2021 3rd International Conference on Advances in Computing Communication Control and Networking Icac3n 2021, 2021
Digital data is generated on a vast scale nowadays and has been for the past two decades. This phenomenon implies shift in how data is managed, and conclusions drawn from it. Furthermore, artificial intelligence approaches and procedures for new ideas of analyzing Big Data, Sentiment Analysis (SA), also known as Opinion Mining (OM), has been a hot topic in recent, because of its ability to extract value from data, it has been around for a long time. It is, however, a topic that has gotten more attention in the fields of engineering and linguistics. As a result, the goal of this research is to provide insights into the field of exploratory data analysis, as well as an orientation toward the study of a recommendation system employing big data in the context of an e-commerce system, through the use of machine learning. probable machine learning based model. Initially the research contribution briefly summarizes discussion of the strategies and processes currently used in Sentiment Analysis and further we work upon the analysis of a recommendation system with e- commerce data using LSTM Model.
