    The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive overview of the evolution of wearable health monitoring technologies. This research study analyses the current and potential future of this sector, as well as how machine learning and AI algorithms may be utilized to process the data collected by the sensors. This research concludes that the incorporation of sensors and motors into wearable medical devices paves the way for the provision of individualized therapies and pharmaceuticals. This has enormous promise for enhancing healthcare and averting illness. The utilization of machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence enables enhanced precision in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses. The matter of power consumption is also brought to the fore, alongside the strategies employed in the investigation of energy harvesting and low-power devices, which have contributed to their resolution. Finally, this research study concludes by proposing recommendations for future research, such as providing guidelines for the utilization of wearable medical devices and the exploration of ethical and legal implications. This study’s outcomes are significant for the healthcare industry and the well-being of patients, as they provide valuable insights for the development and advancement of wearable medical technologies, which are utilized for enabling healthcare monitoring.
