    Customer relationship management helps an organisation for handling the customers and management of customer data to achieve healthy relationship with the customers. Integration of data from various sources including sales marketing and customer service applications. CRM is capable of storing enormous customer data for best better understanding of their customers for better understanding of the customers. Smart devices equipped with artificial intelligence and Internet of things serves as next generation CRM. It can be used as wearable devices for real time access of services and products related information anytime anywhere for getting the data of customers related to health indicator, activities, fitness details, location and purchase interest. Artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and machine learning are the future of customer relationship management to replace human intelligence. The advancements in technologies increase the efficiency of CRM software. The system manages the contact details and other data of the customers automatically. CRM manages the purchases, submissions of forms and emails. The trained model takes the collected data, sales records for pattern identification.
  • Enhancing Stock Price Prediction with Deep Cross-Modal Information Fusion Network

    Stock price prediction is considered a classic and challenging task, with the potential to aid traders in making more profitable trading decisions. Significant improvements in stock price prediction methods based on deep learning have been observed in recent years. However, most existing methods are reliant solely on historical stock price data for predictions, resulting in the inability to capture market dynamics beyond price indicators, thus limiting their performance to some extent. Therefore, combining social media text with historical stock price information has proposed a novel stock price prediction method, known as the Deep Cross-Modal Information Fusion Network (DCIFNet). The process is initiated by DCIFNet, which employs temporal convolution processes to encode stock prices and Twitter content. This ensures that each element has sufficient information about its surrounding components. Following this, the outcomes are inputted into a cross-modal fusion structure based on transformers to enhance the integration of crucial information from stock prices and Twitter content. Lastly, a multi-graph convolution attention network is introduced to depict the relationships between different stocks from diverse perspectives. This facilitates the more effective capturing of industry affiliations, Wikipedia references, and associated relationships among linked stocks, ultimately leading to an enhancement in stock price prediction accuracy. Trend prediction and simulated trading experiments are conducted on high-frequency trading datasets spanning nine different industries. Comparative assessments with the Multi-Attention Network for Stock Prediction (MANGSF) method, as well as ablation experiments, confirm the effectiveness of the DCIFNet approach, resulting in an accuracy rate of 0.6309, a marked improvement compared to representative methods in the field.

    The capacity of ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pretrained Transformer) to produce responses that resemble those of a human has led to its rise in popularity. It is important to remember that using ChatGPT excessively or blindly can have negative effects, particularly when making important decisions. In a similar vein, a lack of confidence in the technology might result in underutilization and lost possibilities. This study explores a crucial component of this interaction: how user perception affects ChatGPT's efficacy. Although ChatGPT is clearly technologically advanced, its effectiveness depends on how users view its capabilities, limits, and replies. The abstract delves into the complex interplay between user perception and system performance, highlighting the critical roles played by ethical considerations, contextual knowledge, accurate responses, and transparency. The study recognizes the difficulties caused by system constraints and possible misconceptions, but it also highlights the importance of user happiness, trust, and acceptance. Through an analysis of the relationship between user perception and ChatGPT's efficacy, this abstract offers important new perspectives on how to best optimize human-AI interactions for improved user experiences. ChatGPT Has been widely used by the users from its launch. Many users have trust and different types of interaction patterns as well as user experience for enhancing their content creation in different types of careers. This study uses the ai platform for understanding its user perception with the use of tweets for examining their perceptions about this chat GPT. The proposed hybrid model is compared with random forest and svm technique for high accuracy in understanding user perceptions based on text analysis from Twitter.

    In this innovative study, a cutting-edge dual-channel closed-loop supply chain model with sensor data integration for third-party recycling has been effectively developed. Our innovative study provides unmatched insights into the world of consumer electronics by examining the effects of fund management regulations and retail e-commerce participation on three different choice scenarios. The compelling results show that retail e-commerce, the revolutionary force in the retail industry, has a tangible impact on the pricing and profits of traditional brick-and-mortar stores. In response to this trend, the wholesale pricing strategies of consumer electronics manufacturers have been adapted to maximize profitability within the retail e-commerce landscape. Fascinatingly, the impact of retail e-commerce involvement remains impervious to the recycling decisions and optimal profits of third-party recyclers. In consumer electronics, fund-handling policies are crucial in boosting the number of product recoveries and driving up prices for businesses in the forward supply chain. Although manufacturers’ market share is affected by retail e-commerce, overall product demand is unaffected. On the other hand, putting fund-handling policies into place indicates a decline in overall market demand. This innovative study uses sensor integration to unlock the complex dynamics of the interesting field of digital supply chain management.

    This empirical study investigates the revolutionary possibilities of integrating AI and predictive analysis to detect learning challenges at an early stage in the ever-changing educational landscape. The study uses a variety of data sources, machine learning algorithms, as well as an iterative procedure to create predictive models. It is based on a strict technical methodology. The study highlights the detrimental effects of delayed identification on students' academic alongside socioemotional well-being, emphasizing the urgent need for early detection. The function of artificial intelligence (AI) in education is examined, highlighting its capacity to personalize learning, expedite administrative duties, and assist with language learning. Carefully considered are data privacy issues, ethical issues, and integrating predictive analysis into the classroom. A future where AI-driven predictive analysis promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, continuous improvement, as well as the integration of cutting-edge technologies is envisioned by the paper, announcing a more efficient personalized educational experience, despite obstacles like bias mitigation and infrastructure disparities. In order to fully reap the benefits of AI-driven predictive analysis in education, the conclusion highlights the significance of moral principles, teacher empowerment, as well as broad technological integration.
  • Importance of Employee Motivation and Satisfaction in the Workplace based on BiLSTM and ANN Approach

    The aging of Europe’s population is reflected in the rising share of retirees in the labor force. This proposed approach to summarize the significance of employee motivation and satisfaction at work across generations in Slovenian companies. The system’s goal is to determine if and how older workers’ motivation and contentment in the job change over time. Feature selection, preprocessing, and model training are all parts of the proposed strategy. Fuzzy set theory was established in the field of preprocessing as a means of assigning numerical value to ineffable concepts like thought, logic, and the subjective understanding of events. During feature selection, correlation is used as a criterion. Once the characteristics have been gathered, BiLSTM-ANN is utilized to train the models. The proposed method excels in comparison to stateof-the-art algorithms like LSTM and ANN. This strategy has a 0.97 percent chance of succeeding.
