Software Automated Model Lifecycle Management Gaurav Mishra, Udit Mamodiya, Ashish Avasthi Conference Proceedings 1st International Conference on Advancing Sustainable Solutions Through Technologies Icasst 2026, 2026 The increasing integration of artificial intelligence into enterprise and industrial environments has heightened the operational complexity of maintaining machine learning (ML) models in production. Automated Model Lifecycle Management (AMLM) provides a unified and systematic approach to standardizing model operations across all lifecycle phases—ranging from data versioning and experimentation to deployment, continuous monitoring, and governance. Traditional manual workflows often introduce versioning conflicts, reproducibility issues, and delayed responses to model degradation. AMLM mitigates these challenges through a fully automated and auditable pipeline that combines continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), experiment tracking, model packaging, automated drift detection, and governed model updates within a single framework.The proposed AMLM architecture integrates open-source ecosystems such as MLflow for model registry and TFX/Kubeflow-inspired pipelines for orchestrating production workflows. Central to the system is a modular policy engine that governs promotion, rollback, and retraining decisions while ensuring adherence to fairness, performance, and privacy constraints. A reproducible evaluation setup and a benchmark experiment under synthetic data drift scenarios demonstrate measurable improvements in operational resilience, deployment latency, and recovery efficiency.Beyond technical automation, AMLM fosters transparency, accountability, and compliance by embedding governance checkpoints and privacy-preserving mechanisms throughout the workflow. The framework serves as a practical blueprint for organizations aiming to reduce time-to-production, minimize failure risks, and enhance the reliability of AI-enabled operations.

As food safety and quality demand continuous improvement amid rising consumer awareness and regulatory pressures, IoT facilitates data-driven decision-making from farm to fork. This paper explores the integration of IoT technologies within food processing systems and their synergy with Industry 4.0 principles, encompassing cyber-physical systems, connectivity, and automation. Key applications include environmental monitoring, predictive maintenance, smart packaging, and supply chain transparency. We discuss how IoT drives efficiency gains, reduces waste, and supports sustainability goals. Furthermore, this study addresses challenges including data security, privacy concerns, and implementation barriers. Experimental examples of sensor deployment and analytical models for process optimization are presented. By advancing IoT adoption within Industry 4.0 frameworks, the food processing sector can enhance safety standards, operational resilience, and consumer trust, ensuring sustainable and innovative food production for future demands.
Psychological Dimensions of Social Engineering in Cybercrime Sonu Sharma, Ashish Avasthi, Sumit Kumar Kapoor, Bright Keswani, Sangita Gupta, Nikhil Kumar Goyal Cyber Forensic Frameworks for User Centric Human Threat Intelligence Analysis, 2026 This chapter reflects on social engineering as an important aspect of cybercrime, based on the psychology principles that make it possible to manipulate and deceive the individual in digital realities. It explains cognitive and emotional loopholes that attackers use, i.e. trust, fear, authority and curiosity, and discusses some commonly-used attack vectors, i.e. phishing, pretexting and impersonation. The discussion points out both the personal and corporate other results, that vary between financial loss and psychological trauma and loss of reputation. The idea is that there is a synergy between human psychology and technological systems that cybercriminals are able to adjust their tactics to the changing systems. The chapter also discusses defense measures, involving awareness training, psychological resilience and technical measures, as well as legal and ethical issues.

As models like GPT, DALL·E, and Stable Diffusion transform industries such as entertainment, marketing, education, and software development, they also introduce a complex landscape of security and privacy risks. This chapter, per the authors, explores critical vulnerabilities such as prompt injection, adversarial attacks, data poisoning, and model inversion, which can lead to unethical outputs and exposure of sensitive training data. It further examines threats arising from large-scale data scraping, copyright violations, and lack of user consent, while also addressing ethical issues tied to misinformation, deepfakes, and surveillance. The chapter reviews technical safeguards including differential privacy, federated learning, watermarking, adversarial training, and secure deployment methods like sandboxing and real-time monitoring.

Saravanakumar Urban Mobility and Challenges of Intelligent Transportation Systems, 2025 This chapter discusses the recent development status of digital tickets and payments. In recent years, different kinds of technologies like mobile applications, smart cards and blockchain have come to the forefront and revolutionized how fare collection and payment is conducted, making it faster, more efficient and contactless — as the necessity of such systems arose amid large scale and high-frequency customer bases. These types of systems are a leap forward with respect to convenience, user experience, operational efficiency and security, as they remove delays and missed opportunity. Crawford also examines how everything from data analytics to cloud computing could help refine pricing models and fare structures. It also mentions the hurdles in deployment of these models such as costs, risks to data privacy and both the potential for and need for collaboration, but also states very clearly that the potential upside of increasing social and environmental troughs is massive if successful.
