I have completed M.Tech. in Biotechnology from the Department of Biotechnology, Graphic Era University, India. I have procured theoretical and practical exposure in all major fields of Biotechnology including Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Recombinant DNA Technology and Cell Biology. In addition to this, I possess good enough exposure in advanced in vitro techniques of Plant Tissue Culture and Animal Cell Culture. I have completed research term (of two months) during my B.Tech in Biotechnology, which included three different research hands on training and workshops with individual areas of interest in biotechnology. In addition to this, I am glad to have exposure in fermentation technology during the first year of my M.Tech program. I have also completed 6 months internship from Biocon Research Limited, Bangalore in process characterization of bio-molecules including hold time stability study for process intermediates and resin lifetime study.
Advanced nano-biosensors with multiscale applications: A comprehensive review Ayush Madan, Abdulhakim Umar Toro, Ramandeep Saini, Edward Terhemen Akange, Mehdi Rahimi Sensing and Bio Sensing Research, 2026 Nanobiosensors have emerged as transformative analytical platforms by integrating nanoscale materials with biological recognition to achieve ultrasensitive, selective, and real-time detection across diverse application domains. This comprehensive review critically synthesizes recent advances in nanobiosensor design through a unified multiscale framework that links nanoscale sensing mechanisms, mesoscopic device architectures, and macroscopic system integration. We systematically evaluate major nanomaterials, including carbon nanotubes, quantum dots, metallic nanoparticles, nanowires, and polymer nanocomposites, correlating their physicochemical properties with sensing performance metrics such as sensitivity, selectivity, stability, and reproducibility. Emphasis is placed on mechanistic signal transduction pathways, including electron transfer, field-effect modulation, plasmonic resonance, and fluorescence-based energy transfer, to explain observed performance trade-offs. Multiscale application pathways are analyzed across healthcare diagnostics, environmental monitoring, food safety, and agriculture, demonstrating that practical deployment depends on coordinated integration beyond nanoscale sensitivity alone. Key challenges limiting translation, including biocompatibility, fouling, fabrication scalability, and long-term signal stability, are critically assessed alongside emerging mitigation strategies such as hybrid architectures, surface engineering, and AI-assisted signal processing. By reframing multiscale nanobiosensing as a system-level design paradigm rather than a material-centric pursuit, this review provides actionable guidelines for rational sensor development and highlights future directions toward robust, scalable, and application-ready nanobiosensor technologies for global deployment.
Gold and Silver Nanoparticles in Biomedical Applications: Cytotoxicity, Mechanism of Action, and Future Challenges Rajiv Dutta, Ayush Madan Drug Delivery Letters, 2026 Gold (Au) and silver (Ag) nanoparticles have gained significant attention in biomedicine due to their unique physicochemical and biological properties. This review critically examines their synthesis approaches, characterization techniques, cellular uptake mechanisms, cytotoxic profiles, and biomedical applications, with emphasis on safety considerations. AuNPs are distinguished by their chemical stability, tunable surface chemistry, and excellent biocompatibility, which support applications in drug delivery, imaging, and photothermal therapy. In contrast, AgNPs exhibit strong antimicrobial activity, mainly through oxidative stress and membrane disruption, though cytotoxicity varies considerably with particle size, charge, and surface modification. Smaller nanoparticles (<20 nm) are more prone to inducing ROS and DNA damage, while strategies such as PEGylation, ligand conjugation, and encapsulation reduce toxicity and improve therapeutic precision. Emerging directions include hybrid Au–Ag core–shell systems and greensynthesized nanoparticles, which show promise for enhanced safety and efficacy. By harmonizing synthesis design with biological responses, researchers can improve the translational potential of these nanomaterials, ensuring both clinical safety and therapeutic effectiveness.

Emerging Global Technologies in Veterinary Sciences Benedict Terkula Iber, Pranshul Sethi, Ramandeep Saini, Nainci Dhiman, Ayush Madan One Health Integration Global Perspectives on Animal Health and Sustainable Agriculture, 2026 Global technologies have introduced some differences in the field of veterinary sciences. Aviation technologies have the capacity to transform multiple elements associated with veterinary medicine such as disease control, pathology, training, and surveillance services. This chapter provides an understanding of the new advances of veterinary science with specific reference to how new technologies are applied in practice, diagnostics, treatment, and ABW programmers. The field of animal healthcare is evolving rapidly, especially in the application of telemedicine and telehealth solutions. Animal treatment can be individualized depending on the genetics because of the application of the methods of precision medicine and genomic sequencing. Stem cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma that are applied in the treatment of degenerative diseases, and musculoskeletal injuries are regenerative medicine solutions that are revolutionizing offerings in today's healthcare space. The wellness of animals may be monitored in real time, and the occurrence of diseases might be detected at an early stage due to gadgets installed on the animals. Most precision livestock farming technologies use automation and data analysis to ensure that animals are well-taken care of and production is enhanced. Veterinary workers can use guided instructions with the virtual reality (VR) and AR technologies wherein they are fully enveloped. Applying robotics in surgery increases precision and decreases the harm being done on the tissue. Veteran medicine will cause a shift in the care for animals across the globe; that those methods will employ these advanced technologies to deliver better, more specific, and humane care.
