Beatriz Fernandes Pinheiro do Amaral

She is a doctoral candidate with a CAPES scholarship in the Postgraduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. She was a recipient of a Research Internship Abroad (BEPE) scholarship (August 2023 - December 2023) at the Interface Culture Department of the Kunstuniversität Linz / University of Art Linz, Linz - Austria. She was a CAPES scholarship recipient (1st semester 2022) and a FAPESP scholarship recipient (2nd semester 2022 - 1st semester 2024) in the Master's Program in Languages, Media and Art at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP). She holds a degree in Visual Arts with an emphasis on Teaching from PUCCAMP (2021). She was a recipient of a Scientific Initiation scholarship from FAPESP (2019-2020). in investigating the use of technologies within interdisciplinary creative processes as a way of confronting the power structures resulting from the relationships between humans and machines.
