Dr. Bilal Ali Yaseen Alnassar

Dr. Al-Nassar's primary research interests encompass cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, customer relationship management, mobile technology, distance learning, digital currencies, technological healthcare systems, management information systems, information and communication technology, business information technology, business intelligence, data warehousing, enterprise resource planning, total quality management, and more.

EDUCATION

Dr. Bilal Ali Yassen Al-Nassar is an associate professor with a PhD in Information Technology and Management Information Systems, as well as a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Utara Malaysia (UUM). He currently serves in the Department of Business Information Technology at Zarqa University in Jordan. With substantial practical administrative experience, Dr. Al-Nassar has held various supervisory roles overseeing doctoral and master’s theses throughout his academic career. He possesses a wealth of experience in teaching and has actively participated in numerous international and local conferences. His research portfolio includes numerous papers published in specialized international and academic journals.
