EDUCATION
Carminda Célia Moura de Moura Carvalho received the B. Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pará in 1988, and the Msc. and the Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the same University in 1996 and 2006, respectively. She is Associated Professor of the Faculty of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering of the Federal University of Pará.
