    EDP Sciences
The purpose of research was to determine the peculiarities of the action of Epin-extra, NPK+Epin-extra, Heteroauxin, NPK+Heteroauxin on the yield and chemical composition of onions in the conditions of the southern forest-steppe zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The novelty of the research comprises because for the first time in the conditions of the southern forest-steppe zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan the experiments with the participation of a new variety of Bashkirian selection - Iglinsky 2. Onion yield of the studied varieties Strigunovsky local, Red Baron and Iglinsky 2 in variants with different nutrition backgrounds was higher than in the control by 0.64-9.34 tonnes/ha. The amount of dry matter in varieties Strigunovsky local and Red Baron was higher than normal in all nutrition backgrounds. The maximum yield of onion was formed in Iglinsky 2 variety on the background of Heteroauxin application - 60.5 tonnes/ha or 116.57% in comparison with the control. The presence of weak negative correlation between yield and average daily temperature regime (r = -0.276) was established. A positive correlation between yield, precipitation sum (r = 0.481) and Heteroauxin (r = 0.470) was found. We can use the research results in cultivation of onion in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Russian Federation, is of interest for foreign researchers-breeders.

  • Adaptogens in animal husbandry of Yakutia
    Anna Cherkashina

    EDP Sciences
Sable breeding is a new promising branch of animal husbandry in Yakutia. Since the end of 2019. Caged sables are imported from the Irkutsk region and the Republic of Tatarstan to the "Pokrovskoye Zverokhozyaystvo" (eng.: Pokrovsk Animal Farm) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The initial goal is to preserve imported breeding sables for their further reproduction. In the period from 2020 to 2022, 891 animals participated in the experiment to study the effect of adaptogens on the safety of caged sables. The influence of Eleutherococcus, succinic acid and pine buds was studied. The best indicators were noted in the experimental group treated with pine buds, safety ranged from 73.33-86.61%. A positive effect of pine buds on the participation of female sables in the rut was also established - 60.58%.

  • Increase of Animal Products by Means of Complete Feed Provision

    IOP Publishing
Abstract To increase the amount of animal products manufactured, it is required to meet the needs of animals not only in the energy and nutrients but also in the biologically active components improving the fodder productive effect (enzymic preparation, vitamins, microelements, etc.). In most cases the action of biologically active agents applied in live stock breeding is reduced to the activation or inhibition of one or another enzymatic process. Exogenous ferments, recommended today for the application in live stock breeding, are used in two ways. These are the fermentation of ration ingredients before animal feeding and their injection into the digestive tract as part of the ration (combined feed, premixes). Each of the considered methods has its advantages and drawbacks with the account of the enzyme preparations processability and properties. The complete feeding of dairy cows stipulates for the optimal intake of all necessary nutrients in the organism which promotes good health, normal reproduction and high performance. A significant reduction of energy deficiency for this period can be obtained by the ration addition with the fodders rich in concentrate energy, high quality grass chop and grass meal, tuberous roots, etc. The higher milk yield is, more energy a kilo of dry ration matter should contain. The article suggest a technology for obtaining fodder protein&vitamin concentrate for complete feeding of live stock animals.

  • Research of feed protein obtaining technology

Abstract The introduction of high-grade mineral additives in feed allows to get balanced rations for livestock and poultry. It is known that the most effective use of them when feeding in the composition of feed. However, today, in real conditions, farms receive less than 30% of the required amount of chemical feed additives with compound feed. In addition, the outlined tendency towards a decrease in the production of compound feed due to the lack of grain and protein components indicates that the feed industry is not entirely able to solve this problem. Adequate feeding of dairy cows assumes an optimal intake of all essential nutrients in the body, which contributes to good health, normal reproduction and high productivity. A significant reduction in the energy deficit during this period can be achieved by introducing energy-rich feed concentrates, grass cutting and grass flour of high quality, root crops, etc. into the diet. The higher the milk yield of cows, the more energy should be in one kilogram of dry matter of the diet. This article proposes a technology for producing a protein-vitamin feed concentrate for full-value feeding of farm animals. To solve the fodder problem in animal husbandry, it is necessary to more widely use substandard raw materials, organic waste, ensuring their utilization within the framework of waste-free technology.
