Dr. Christine Namayi, PhD, is a seasoned professional in academia, specializing in literature education. Armed with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Arts English & Literature (Second Class Honors, Upper Division) from the University of Nairobi, a Masters in Literature from Kenyatta University, and a PhD in Literature from Kabarak University, Dr. Namayi has established herself as a dedicated educator. Her passion for teaching is evident in her commitment to participatory learning methodologies, aimed at nurturing critical thinking skills among her students. Alongside her teaching endeavors, Dr. Namayi is actively engaged in research and consultancy, focusing on ethics, gender issues in literature and language, and the politics of global issues. A member of esteemed professional associations such as the Kenya Oral Literature Association (KOLA) and the Kenya Universities Quality Assurance Network (KuQAn), Dr. Namayi continues to make significant contributions to the fields of education
