The role of brand awareness, digital marketing and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) toward purchase intention on social media: An empirical study on Indonesian SMEs Nurjaya Nurjaya, Wentri Merdiani, Aditya Nova Putra, Denny Aditya Dwiwarman, Denok Sunarsi International Journal of Data and Network Science, 2025 This research aims to analyze the relationship between brand awareness and purchase intention. Digital marketing purchase intention and word of mouth on purchase intention. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory method that aims to explain the relationship between symptoms. This study intends to conduct hypothesis testing to explain the relationship and influence between variables. The data used in this study are primary data through an online questionnaire method. The questionnaire answers are in the form of a Likert scale which is an interval scale with a scale of 1 to 7. Data processing in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. This method is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which can accommodate the relationship between very complex variables but the data sample size is small. The respondents who were sampled were 436 MSME owners, while the questionnaires that were returned completely and filled out properly amounted to 344 questionnaires. The questionnaires that were valid and reliable from the next stage were distributed to the research respondents whose results would be processed using SmartPLS software. The stages of data processing carried out include evaluation of the measurement model (outer model) and evaluation of the structural model (inner model). Evaluation of the measurement model consists of validity tests and reliability tests. Validity test can be seen from the standardized loading factor value. An indicator is said to be valid when the loading factor value is greater than or equal to 0.7. While the reliability test is seen from the Cronbach's Alpha and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values. A construct is declared reliable when the Cronbach's Alpha value is greater than or equal to 0.7 and the minimum AVE value is 0.5. Furthermore, the hypothesis test is to see the significance of the relationship between constructs which can be seen from the path coefficient. This calculation looks at the t-statistic and p-value values generated from calculations using SmartPLS. Path coefficients that have a t-statistic value ≥ 1.96 or have a p-value ≤ 0.05 are declared significant. The results of this research are that Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing intention. Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing intention.

Hybrid Blockchain Model to Enhance Transparency and Data Privacy Protection for Employee Career Ladder Inayatulloh, Usman HM, Denok Sunarsi, Titin Suhartini, Nurjaya Nurjaya, Indra Kusumadi Hartono Proceedings of 2025 8th International Conference on Emerging Technologies in Computer Engineering Advances in Computing Healthcare and Smart Systems Icetce 2025, 2025 A crucial aspect of the employee career ladder is data privacy, which guarantees the secure management of employee personal information in compliance with applicable regulations. Proper data management not only protects employees from potential misuse of information but also maintains the company's reputation. The system used for career ladders currently does not provide transparent information about employee ladders and does not guarantee the privacy of their data. So employees cannot have accurate information to file complaints if their careers are not targeted. The purpose of this research is to develop a hybrid blockchain model that integrates a private blockchain for storing employee privacy data and a public blockchain for the verification process and transaction storage. All nodes on the blockchain network will validate every transaction related to employee career ladders to ensure transparency and validation of information. The research method employs a qualitative approach that includes both a literature review and model simulation. According to the research, employee privacy data can be kept on a private blockchain network, and transactions can be checked by employees using a public blockchain. The conclusion is shown by a proposed model and a prototype built with Hyperledger Fabric.
Blockchain Consortium Model for Gig Economy Contract Agreements Inayatulloh Inayatulloh, Adhi Surya, Tulus Martua Sihombing, Denok Sunarsi, Wiza Teguh, Ernawaty Proceedings of 6th International Conference on Iot Based Control Networks and Intelligent Systems Icicnis 2025, 2025 The gig economy is an economic system where work is task-based, project-based, or short-term contract-based rather than full-time employment. In this system, workers are referred to as gig workers or freelancers, and they typically work flexibly through digital platforms or applications. The gig economy has raised concerns about the lack of transparency in employment transactions, which affects worker protection and wages. Therefore, this study proposes developing a blockchain-based model to manage gig economy activities, with a focus on ensuring information transparency to safeguard workers' rights. The research focuses on online transportation involving drivers, the government, and digital platform companies. The blockchain model used is a consortium blockchain, where system management is shared among involved organizations. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, encompassing stages such as problem identification, system design, prototype development utilizing smart contracts and Hyperledger Fabric, and prototype testing. Simulation results with Hyperledger indicate that all transactions related to the gig economy must undergo peer-to-peer validation to ensure the transparency of the information.

Adoption of Blockchain Technology to Prevent Misuse of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) in Indonesia Inayatulloh, Loso Judijanto, Denok Sunarsi, Rofiq Noorman Haryadi, Prasetya Cahya Saputra, Sugeng Riyanto 2024 6th International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System Icoris 2024, 2024 Under the School Operational Assistance (BOS) program, the Indonesian government offers financial support to schools all throughout the country to aid in setting up classrooms. BOS funds are given to educational units, both public and private, according to the quantity of pupils they have. The purpose of school operational support is to free education costs for all students in public and private schools and to ease the burden of school operational costs for private schools. When BOS money are not used in compliance with the rules established by the government, issues occur. There are several types of BOS fund abuse, such as double counting, fictitious financing, project markups, embezzlement, and misappropriation of funds. Thus, the purpose of this research is to build a monitoring system for the use of BOS funds based on blockchain technology to increase transparency in the use of BOS funds. The concept of peer-to-peer validation on the blockchain network that will be applied to the BOS fund usage monitoring system is a concept that ensures that every stakeholder knows and validates all transactions. The research methodology examines the issues and phenomena surrounding the allocation of BOS funds using a qualitative approach and a review of the literature. A literature review is also used to study blockchain technology as the main concept for creating the proposed model. The research output is a model, activity diagram, and simulation using the Hyperledger framework.
