Recently emerged vehicle-to-everything (V2X) perception has revealed great potential to overcome the limitation of single-vehicle intelligence aided by vigorous interaction among on-road agents, while prior endeavors are practically developed on parameter-specific simulation or configuration-dynamic real-world setting, overlooking the transferability across various scenarios. In this article, we propose nsupervised omain-daptive vehicle-to-everything ollaboration framework dubbed CUDA-X, which is built on top of a de facto collective model with key-point information exchange and instance adaptation. Specifically, collaborative knowledge transfer (CKT) is responsible for domain-agnostic feature reconstruction from nearby car or infrastructure by spatial-channel pooling operation in an elementwise manner. To promote the candidate alignment, a brand-new bin-based location correction (BLC) provides an auxiliary supervision for cross-dataset box refinement via residual coordinate encoding (RCE), and category-aware pooling alignment (CPA) is further designed for pulling the category-specific instance closer between source and target samples. We benchmark CUDA-X against the counterparts on four prevalent cooperative perception datasets, i.e., OPV2V, V2X-Sim, V2V4Real, and DAIR-V2X: it establishes the new state-of-the-art vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) performances regardless of simulation or reality. We expect that this appealing attempt would provide an in-depth insight into domain generalization in the context of multiagent perception, and the code is publicly available soon. - Game Theory-Based Harmonious Decision-Making for Autonomous Bus Lane Change

Generative artificial intelligence (GAI) has emerged as a rapidly burgeoning field demonstrating significant potential in creating diverse contents intelligently and automatically. To support such artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) services, future communication systems should fulfill much more stringent requirements (including data rate, throughput, latency, etc.) with limited yet precious spectrum resources. To tackle this challenge, semantic communication (SemCom), dramatically reducing resource consumption via extracting and transmitting semantics, has been deemed as a revolutionary communication scheme. The advanced GAI algorithms facilitate SemCom on sophisticated intelligence for model training, knowledge base construction and channel adaption. Furthermore, GAI algorithms also play an important role in the management of SemCom networks. In this survey, we first overview the basics of GAI and SemCom as well as the synergies of the two technologies. Especially, the GAI-driven SemCom framework is presented, where many GAI models for information creation, SemCom-enabled information transmission and information effectiveness for AIGC are discussed separately. We then delve into the GAI-driven SemCom network management involving with novel management layers, knowledge management, and resource allocation. Semantic communication (SemCom), a pioneering paradigm that places emphasis on conveying the meaning of information, faces challenges in constructing background knowledge to drive precise reasoning of semantic coding models. Fortunately, the recent emergence of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) technology is promising to create high-quality content that can be harnessed to assist knowledge construction in SemCom, enhancing the reasoning ability of semantic coding models. In this letter, we propose a GAI-assisted SemCom framework, named Gen-SC, where sufficient samples for training SemCom transceivers are generated using GAI as per user contextual information. In addition, to guide the GAI model in producing contextually relevant content, a discriminator is incorporated into Gen-SC to measure the disparity between generated samples and actual samples. The simulation results demonstrate that the Gen-SC achieves higher semantic accuracy, especially when the original training samples are insufficient, in contrast to traditional SemCom without knowledge enhancement. - Developing a new integrated advanced driver assistance system in a connected vehicle environment

- Lite-HRPE: A 6DoF Object Pose Estimation Method for Resource-Limited Platforms

Accurately estimating the six-degree-of-freedom pose of objects is essential for intelligent robotics. Although significant progress has been made in this area, most studies fail to account for specific hardware limitations for model deployment, which remains a major challenge for resource-constrained scenarios. To address this issue, we propose Lite-HRPE, a lightweight RGB-based pose estimation method, which leverages a multi-branch parallel structure to extract spatial and semantic information of key points for pose estimation. Additionally, Lite-HRPE adopts the G-block and G-neck modular structure and streamlines the original feature extraction network to realize a compact network structure. This allows Lite-HRPE to strike a balance between pose estimation accuracy, parameter count, computational load, and runtime speed. Our evaluation on public datasets shows that Lite-HRPE achieves a 95.7% accuracy with only 10.8% of the number of parameters and 11.8% of the FLOPs compared to Hybridpose. - Robust Neural Control for Distributed Formation of UAVs Under Uncertain Disturbances
