Researcher in the field of Indigenous Cultural practices since 2008. Doctoral thesis was on the Theatre Practices of Indigenous Communities in India and Canada. A theatre practioner and translator. Recipient of Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute Doctoral Fellowship (2010-11)
