Biography
Didier Grandclaude is an Associate Professor of Management at EM Strasbourg Business School (University of Strasbourg, France). His research lies at the intersection of entrepreneurship and strategy, with a particular focus on microfoundations, organizational dynamics, and collective strategic processes.

He received two PhD awards: the University of Strasbourg PhD Award and the FNEGE/Académie de l’Entrepreneuriat et de l’Innovation (AEI) PhD Award.

His work examines how individual entrepreneurial behaviors, beliefs, and emotions evolve into collective strategic dynamics within established organizations, including SMEs, intermediate-sized firms, public organizations, and healthcare organizations. Methodologically, he primarily relies on qualitative approaches, including longitudinal case studies and intervention research.
