RSUD Mohammad Natsir Solok, located in Solok City, provides comprehensive individual health services within its premises, offering both inpatient and outpatient care with 24-hour service availability. Inpatient services encompass emergency care and basic health services. A crucial component of healthcare operations is medical records, which consist of documented information pertaining to patient identity, examinations, treatments, procedures, and other services rendered. Medical records are essential and should be meticulously created in written or electronic form to ensure completeness and clarity. One common challenge encountered in maintaining medical records is the presence of overlapping data. To tackle this issue, data mining techniques are employed, with clustering being the primary method of choice. The K-Means algorithm is specifically utilized for clusterization purposes. By applying this data mining process and grouping patient medical records, valuable insights into the patterns of disease spread across different villages can be obtained. After applying K-Means clustering method, four distinct clusters were identified. The first cluster comprises 562 items, the second has 406 items, and the third and fourth have 791 and 279 items, respectively. These findings can serve as a reference for the local government, particularly the Solok City Health Office, to facilitate disease prevention initiatives and awareness campaigns. Decision-making related to disease sources, diagnosis, age, and gender of the affected patient can be informed by this data analysis.

In recent years, there has been considerable interest in drones due to their flexibility and decreasing price. Drones are made up of electrical and mechanical components, and failure in these components might deteriorate the drone’s performance and, worse, lead it to crash. In this study, fault detection approaches based on raw vibration and acoustic parameters were introduced. Motor failure and loose screws are simulated to represent electrical and mechanical faults. Based on the raw data obtained from the MEMS sensors, motor failure can be successfully detected by both approaches. The mechanical fault is difficult to be detected by the raw data of both approaches as the amplitude values recorded are close to the normal drone condition. These approaches are suitable to be applied in detecting motor failure compared to mechanical faults.

Indoor localization is important for robot navigation because it allows for robots to accurately determine their location and movement within a space. This is especially important for robots that are used in confined areas, like warehouses or homes, where there is not as much open space to navigate. Indoor localization gives robots the ability to plan their paths strategically and navigate around obstacles in a timely and efficient manner. Therefore, it is crucial for the indoor positioning system (IPS) to be stable and accurate. In this paper, we presented a fusion of non-complex filtering algorithms which combines Kalman filter with Moving Average (MA) filter in order to reduce localization error using Ultra-Wideband (UWB). The performance of the technique was measured against the conventional method of Kalman filtering, and it was found that the average error was reduced even more by the proposed strategy compared to the standard Kalman filtering approach.

This paper presents a real-time simulation of a frontier exploration robot using a nonholonomic mobile robot’s kinematic model. In MATLAB, three heuristic-based frontier selection methods, namely Randomized Histogram Sector (RHS), Informed Randomized Point (IRP), and Histogram Clustering (HC), were simulated within two constrained space maps, one of which (Map 1) contained more obstacles than the other (Map 2). For the suggested frontier detection, the percentage of successfully mapped area against the ground truth map was determined to be 97.5% for Map 1 and 98.3% for Map 2. These results indicate that the proposed method yields great results. The HC approach is the most effective of the three proposed methods for both maps in terms of the time required to explore the maps and the efficiency of navigation inside the maps.

Hemodialysis is a procedure for cleaning the blood from the waste products of the body’s metabolism. this is one of modality to treat end stage kidney disease. There are two main classifications of this disease, namely acute kidney failure and chronic kidney failure. Kidney failure occurs when kidney damage is severe enough or lasts a long time so that the disease is generally the final stage of kidney disease. Dialysis is performed on patients with kidney failure, both acute kidney failure and chronic kidney failure. This study is aimed to predict the mortality risk of hemodialysis patients. The Taiwanese hemodialysis center enrolled a total of 665 hemodialysis patients. The prediction is based on Logistic Regression. Compared with K-Nearest Neighbor, linear discriminant, Tree, and ensemble, Logistic Regression performed better. As for related medical variables like parathyroid surgery, urea reduction ratio, etc., they play a much smaller role in mortality risk factors than diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Indonesia’s Vision 2045 is an essential basis to determine the direction of the country’s development in line with four main pillars which include the development of human resources (HR). This involves producing quality, healthy, intelligent, adaptive, innovative, and skilled human resources with character. The achievement of this goal requires the improvement of the competence and professional certification quality towards ensuring HR are reliable and competent in different fields such as the vocational area which involves Informatics Engineering (IT). Therefore, this research was conducted based on the gap observed in HR which is indicated by a lower proportion of Indonesian workers in the IT field compared to other ASEAN countries. It was also observed that the assessment process and results of the Junior Mobile programmer scheme by the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) for Digital Technology have not been optimally tested. This is indicated by the fact that the assessment activities are being conducted without the full implementation of a centralized and systematic technology-based system, thereby causing problems in the remote assessment process. Moreover, professional associations, academia, and industry were not involved in designing a tested and reliable assessment model. I this research was conducted from March 2022 to December 2023 with the trial subjects from the Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS) training program, Vocational School Graduate Academy (VSGA) of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics. There were 40 sessions which consist of 20 for the experimental class and 20 for the control class. Furthermore, the data collection instruments included questionnaires, documentation, interview guides, observations, and competency tests while descriptive and quantitative analyses were conducted through the I'ken V and factor analysis tests using the LISREL and SPSS applications.

al. In Silico Study of Entry Inhibitor from Moringa oleifera Bioactive Compounds against SARS-CoV-2 Infection. Pharmacogn 2022;12(5): 565-574. ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to screen the content of bioactive compounds of Moringa oleifera and to identify its potential as an antiviral against COVID 19 through an entry inhibitor mechanism using bioinformatics tools. The sample was obtained from PubChem database. Amino acis sequences were obtained from the NCBI. Protein modeling is made through the SWISSMODEL site. The target proteins for this study were SARS-CoV-2 M pro and RdRp. The protein-inhibitory interaction of the drug from M. oleifera bioactive compounds to SARS-CoV-2 was predicted by molecular docking with PyRx software. The result shows that M. oleifera was a potential antiviral candidate for SARS-CoV-2 with an entry inhibitor mechanism through a compound, especially quercetin. The RFMS value of both interactions between M pro and quercetion and RdRp with quercetin were not higher than 1.05. This result still needed further research to prove this prediction.
