Predictor-based event-triggered control for nonlinear cyber-physical systems under channel-induced delay Ajay KULKARNI, Nitesh Kumar SONI, Sachin PUNTAMBEKAR Revista Romana De Informatica Si Automatica, 2025 This article addresses the issue of designing a predictor-based event-triggered control strategy for cyber physical systems with channel induced delay over the controller – actuator portion of the communication channel. To deal with the conservatism posed on the system performance and stability by the channel delay a model-based predictor is first designed and a control policy is subsequently formulated using the predictor states. This predicted version of the control policy effectively mitigates the ill effects of the channel delay. To ensure the optimum utilization of the channel resources and to reduce the computational burden an event-triggered version of the control policy is devised. The event-triggered control proposed in this work ensures the Zeno free behavior of the system and the Lyapunov-function-based analytical developments reflect the uniform ultimate boundedness (UUB) of the state variables with the prescribed system performance. The validation of the effectiveness of the presented control scheme is illustrated with the help of numerical simulation.

The approximation of system uncertainties by a wavelet neural network (WNN) frequently presents a significant obstacle in the development of a precise control strategy. In order to guarantee the specified system performance and Zeno-free behaviour of networked control systems, we build an adaptive event triggering mechanism that is enhanced with WNN and outfitted with predetermined event triggering circumstances. In order to ensure the uniform ultimate boundedness (UUB) of all closed loop signals, the controller works to reduce the amount of information exchanged between the sensor and the controller. We offer numerical simulations to demonstrate the efficiency of the suggested plan.
Deep Learning based Effective Watermarking Technique for IoT Systems Signal Authentication Dr. Manish Korde, Dr. Vinit Gupta, Dr. Aditya Mandloi, Dr. Sachin Puntambekar, Devendra Singh Bais International Journal of Electrical and Electronics Research, 2024 In order to identify cyber-attacks, this research suggests a special watermarking technique for dynamic IoT System signal validation. IoT Systems (IoTSs) can extract a group of randomly generated characteristics from their produced signal and then periodically watermark these attributes into the transmission owing to the proposed efficient watermarking technique. Using dynamic watermarking for IoT signal authentication, a potent deep learning technique is used to detect cyber-attacks. Based on an LSTM structure, the proposed learning system enables IoT devices to extract a set of random features from the signal they release, hence enabling dynamic watermarking of the signal.
Intelligent dynamic surface control strategy for high-performance aircraft subject to uncertain aerodynamics Manish Sharma, Somya Dubey, Sachin Puntambekar, Vinit Gupta International Journal of Intelligent Engineering Informatics, 2023 The uncertain dynamics and actuator saturation in attitude tracking of high-performance aircrafts have posed a serious challenge in deriving an accurate control strategy. This paper presents an adaptive observer-controller strategy to deal with these problems. It uses wavelet neural networks (WNN) to estimate the functional uncertainties in the nonlinear dynamics of the aircraft with 6 degree of freedom (6 DoF). WNN uses wavelets as activation function to achieve superior learning characteristics. This system is very close to the real time model as it is subjected to the modelling uncertainties and actuator saturation owing to the external random parameters which makes the control design very complicated. The novelty of this paper lies within the estimation of these highly random nonlinear uncertainties by the modified deep learning network, WNN and the respective controller-observer strategy. Simulation analysis has been performed to evaluate the performance of the theoretical development presented in the paper.

Inside this paper, we offer a remedy to eliminate redundant data from the surveillance procedures using a movement detection algorithm. In addition to that, we now apply thing detection about videos to form them that they can be easily processed from the human operators.

Wavelet based adaptive tracking control for uncertain nonlinear systems with input constraints Manish Sharma, Ajay Kulkarni, Sachin Puntambekar Artcom 2009 International Conference on Advances in Recent Technologies in Communication and Computing, 2009 This paper proposes a wavelet based adaptive tracking controller for uncertain nonlinear systems. The controller is designed to provide the desired performance in the presence of actuator constraints. Proposed controller comprises of wavelet based tracking controller and a robust controller. Wavelet tracking controller is the principal controller while robust controller is designed to achieve the desired performance by attenuating the effect of approximation error caused by wavelet identifier. Wavelet networks, which are having superior learning capability in comparison to conventional neural network, are used for the approximation of unknown system dynamics. Also the adaptation laws are derived in the sense of Lyapunov function assuring the stability of the system. To deal with the actuator constraints, the system is augmented with additional wavelet network to work as a saturation compensator so as to recover the unconstrained response rapidly while preserving the system stability
