I am an Asst. Profeesor working at the Dept. of Sociology/Women's Studies, Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, India. I have completed my PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IITP) in Health Informatics. My research revolved around exploring the potential of health informatics tools in improving maternal healthcare scenario of rural Bihar. My research interest includes, gender, health informatics, gender differences in health, sociology of health, gender and technology, postmodernism, maternal healthcare, qualitative research, and science-technology and society
