  • Optimizing Inventory Management: A Comprehensive Analysis of Models Integrating Diverse Fuzzy Demand Functions
Mandeep Mittal, Vibhor Jain, Jayanti Tripathi Pandey, Muskan Jain, Himani Dem
    Mathematics, 2024
This review study provides a comprehensive analysis of the classification of inventory models, with a focus on incorporating various fuzzy demand functions. The incorporation of fuzzy sets theory within inventory models is highlighted as a significant advancement in the field. The study emphasizes the importance of efficiently locating pertinent publications on this topic, rendering it a valuable resource for individuals interested in exploring inventory models that incorporate fuzzy demand functions. There was a need for a systematic and complete examination of recent breakthroughs in fuzzy inventory management. Our objective was to provide an illuminating overview of the significant developments in this field and offer insights into the probable future directions of research. Our evaluation of various model components has unveiled new and underexplored territories that may warrant further exploration. Perhaps it would be prudent to consider the possibility of establishing simpler models or incorporating qualitative methods into existing models and initiating a discourse on this topic.
  • Evaluation of public transportation system from the perspective of passengers
Meena Krishna, Vishal Sharma, Vibhor Jain
    Multidisciplinary Science Journal, 2023
In this research, Nigeria's Akure-Owo Axis public transportation system (PTS) passenger satisfaction is evaluated. It was required because certain Nigerian urban centres’ weak transportation infrastructure made it difficult for people, products, and services to move freely. Meanwhile, the significance of public transportation resides in the basic truth that accessibility and mobility are necessary for both economic development and the effective and efficient flow of products and services in cities of many developing nations. There was discovered to be twelve bus services. To gather the necessary data at the terminals (Akure and Owo Park), the research used questionnaires and field observation. Passengers at the two terminals were given one hundred and twelve (112) questionnaires. Standard deviation and weighted mean were used as descriptive tools. Also utilized to provide descriptive statistics was gap analysis. The results showed that passengers were dissatisfied with the drivers' skills, the vehicle's condition, overloading and over speeding, the drivers' attitudes, the drivers' adherence to traffic laws and orders, and the cost of the trip.
  • Examining the relationship between employee retention and hr policies in the education industry
Vibhor Jain, N. Beemkumar, Priyanka Rana
    Multidisciplinary Science Journal, 2023
The study's goal was to ascertain that procedures in the Hazara Division of Pakistan's education sector were regarded to be related to staff retention. The descriptive survey approach was utilized for the research because it guarantees a thorough account of the circumstances, assuring slight bias in data collect and lower mistakes into the explanation of the data acquisition. A structured questionnaire was used to gather primary data in support of the research. The data were analyzed with expressive statistics that comprised occurrence ranges, distributions percentages, averages, and standard deviation. The study participants discovered a significant favorable association involving training and development (T&D), Performance Management (PM), recruiting and selection, and Employee Retention (ER). The main finding of the present research is that recruiting and selection procedures should be focused on or adopted by education sector personnel to enhance organizational performance. By using PM, organizations inspire others and provide fresh concepts and methods to boost productivity inside the firm. Similar to other professions, education employees undertake T&D to advance their abilities. It is also advised that educational administrators include employees in decision-making since it offers guidance to raise performance standards.
  • A comprehensive review of the effects of social resources on the development of qualified instructors and children's learning performance
Vibhor Jain, Anupamaa Bijlani, Rahul Gupta, Onkar Bagaria
    Multidisciplinary Reviews, 2023
The academic accomplishment of students is influenced by teachers' professional development (TDP), which is greatly influenced by social capital (SC). The networks, connections, and resources that educators can access inside their educational communities are included in this complex idea. This analysis looks at the impact of SC on students' academic success and teachers' professional development. The Mixed-methods technique and the (PRISMA) Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Statement serve as guides as the study carefully evaluates the caliber and applicability of the gathered research. A total of 10 empirical factors were incorporated in the final review after strict qualifying requirements were satisfied. The results show that three different categories of outcomes are linked to teachers' SC: 1) consequence of changes, 2) growth of professional teachers, and 3) enhanced academic performance. Notably, the cumulative effects of these outcomes contribute to the unspecified objective of promoting equity in education. The research should concentrate on gaining a better knowledge of the complex relationship among these dimensions as well as the organizational arrangement of schools in the future. It should be done to achieve the goals connected with teacher SC.
  • Literature Enhances Communication Skills: A Comprehensive Review
Meenakshi Sharma, Manita Devi, Rajesh Dangoria, Vibhor Jain
World Journal of English Language, 2022
Many non-native and native speakers all around the world have proven that English is an international language. It is sometimes referred to as the global language since it is the primary means of communication across countries. In our nation, the usage of English as a common language plays an essential role in education. English learners must place a strong emphasis on the use of communication. The ultimate goal of language instruction is to improve communication skills. Pragmatics is the method in which meaning is transferred through communicating, and linguistic skill is regarded as an instrument for communication. Pragmatic competence is the capacity to comprehend and communicate meanings that are more correct and acceptable for the cultural and social contexts in which communication takes place. Even though English is used at many levels of communication, the speakers must be familiar with a variety of pragmatic components to create coherency and the capacity to react in a variety of scenarios. As a result, one of the key aims in the field of education should be the development of pragmatic ability and also help for future understanding.
  • Study on Effective Communication Skills for Good Cancer Care
Madhavi Sharma, Bhupesh Goyal, Vibhor Jain, Prabhu Nath Singh
World Journal of English Language, 2022
Even though communication is a key clinical skill in oncology, few physicians and cancer nurses have conventional formal training in this area. Inadequate communications may be upsetting for a patient or family since they frequently need much more information than is often delivered. Many clients leave consultations with questions regarding their diagnosis and prognosis, the value of more tests, and whether or not they are necessary for the management framework or the therapy's underlying therapeutic purpose. Furthermore, communication issues may prevent patients from enrolling in clinical trials, resulting in the delay of useful new treatments in clinics. Inadequate communication between experts or departments may lead to misunderstandings and a loss of trust among team members. Lack of communication and management skills training, according to oncologists, is a big role in their stress, work satisfaction, and emotional tiredness. As a result, many efforts aiming at strengthening cancer healthcare personnel's fundamental effective communication have been launched in recent years. Some of the problems that affect communications in an oncology context, and hence patient care, are discussed in this study. The fundamental conclusion of this research is that communication is beneficial in the treatment of any condition. In this paper, the author provides a comprehensive study on effective communication skills for good cancer care. Further research on the effectiveness of the Contraction Stress Test (CST) in improving healthcare professional communication should focus on improving patient outcomes rather than healthcare workers' views of their abilities.
