Information regarding weather conditions is quite challenging to obtain and predict. People who in their daily lives have to travel to a destination, such as workers or traveling salesman, cannot predict the weather they will encounter during their journey. The impact is that people often experience some losses when traveling. This research produces an Android-based application used by the general public to avoid travel losses caused by weather. The application provides travel recommendation information in the form of routes obtained from the Google Directions API and weather predictions obtained from the Dark Sky API. This application helps users predict weather predictions on their path to reduce the risk of rain loss. The results of black-box testing and user acceptance found that Android-based applications managed to get a level of 84% in providing travel recommendations, achieving 80.6% success in predicting the weather and obtaining 76.6% in reducing rain risk.

The purpose of this study is to analyze interactive maps using the GeoJSON method and without using GeoJSON for new entrepreneurs in West Java. The flow of the stages of this research consists of three parts, namely analyzing the code, implementing the code, and testing the code that has been created using GeoJSON and without GeoJSON. The results obtained in this study are using GeoJSON to display data on an interactive map faster than without using GeoJSON. The downside of using GeoJSON on an interactive map is that the app developer is more likely to write down the source code on loading the interactive map.

The purpose of the research is to help new entrepreneurs make decisions in choosing and opening a business that best suits their needs so that it can facilitate marketing, which will impact increasing product sales, new entrepreneurs. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive analysis that describes facts and information. The decision-making method in this study used the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). This research uses a case study of the community in the Ngamprah sub-district and will open a business in the Ngamprah sub-district. The results obtained from this study are that new business actors in the Ngamprah sub-district are recommended to take the type of business, for the first order is business in publishing and printing, second place is business in the advertising sector and the order. The third is the architecture business. The use of the method in this study can provide recommendations in decision making to determine new entrepreneurs in Bandung Raya. In addition to providing recommendations for new entrepreneurs, it can be easier to make decisions to determine the business that will be opened.

Mapping is needed to determine the condition of spatial data and non-spatial data from an area. This research produces a mapping application based on geographic information systems that display spatial data and boundaries of 888 villages located in the Greater Bandung Area, which consists of Bandung City, Cimahi City, Bandung Regency, West Bandung Regency, and Sumedang Regency. The method used is the Software Development Life Cycle with Waterfall model. The technology used is the application programming interface from Openstreet MapBox and ArcGIS. Based on testing applications that can access online found that the application built can 100% display the mapping of all areas in the Greater Bandung Area to the district level. This research is useful for developing the tourism and creative industries of MSMEs based on each region's geographical conditions, both for the community and the government.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to build a private cloud that is used as an FTP server and database server as well as an integrated data storage medium in the education and training center of cooperatives and entrepreneurs in West Java. The stages of research from the development of private cloud in the education and training center cooperatives and entrepreneurs in West Java adopted the method of the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). The stages in the network development life cycle consist of six stages including the analysis phase, the design phase, the simulation stage, the implementation phase, the monitoring phase, and the regulatory stage. The results of this study are the existence and availability of server virtualization that is used to provide data-based services at the West Java Education and Cooperative Education and Entrepreneurship Training Center and the availability of integrated data storage at the West Java Education and Cooperative Education and Entrepreneurship and Training Center. The impact of this research is to be able to minimize the cost of procuring servers using private cloud using virtualization technology at the education and training center of cooperatives and entrepreneurs in West Java.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to streamline the time in the process of archiving and scanning documents at government or private offices and to implement batch programming and blind scanner server applications in the scan process automatically. The research method used in this study is to use descriptive analysis methodology, which has two stages, namely the stage of data collection and software development stage. Based on the results of testing for this study, this research can make it easier for government or private offices to search for archives that have been scanned. This research can speed up the process of scanning document archives in government or private offices and integrating all scanning documents on one server. The lack of this research has not been able to convert letter images to ASCII characters that can be recognized by computers. The impact of this study is to provide benefits to government and private offices to accelerate the process of scanning the archives and integrating all scanning documents on one hardware.

Abstract There are many mobile web servers that can be used, whether it is a mobile web server that is free or paid. This research aims to analyze the quality of three mobile web servers consisting of one paid mobile web server and two other web servers that are obtained free of charge. To measure the quality of a mobile web server in this study using Apache JMeter tools and Web Application Performance Testing (WAPT). Based on the results of testing, it was found that the quality of paid mobile web servers was better compared to the quality of free mobile web servers based on values obtained using Apache JMeter, paid mobile web server is faster looking from sample times, latency and connect time result. When tested using WAPT, paid mobile servers also have better results based on the value of successful hits and average response time. The results of this assessment will depend on the type of smartphone that uses in the implementation hardware, so the value of the test results can be different if implemented on a different smartphone.

The purpose of the study was to build information system monitoring access log database on database server. Data security on the database is an absolute must. Not all users can access the data freely. It should only be accessible to those who have privileges only. Currently, it is still not known easily anyone who accesses the data or database. This research is done so that the built system can know easily who is the user who accesses the data on the server. Built-in web-based system using PHP and MySQL with monitoring and validation techniques on privileged access to the database. The resulting system is able to display the results of monitoring who the user is accessing data in real-time, so it can know which traffic access rights most frequently access the data. With this system can help to increase the use of privilege effectively and can perform monitoring of data, because it can be known for certain user whoever accesses the data.

Data security on the internet is synonymous with a website and a computer network that connects to one another. In the context of computer networks, any existing data on a computer that is connected to another computer, is unsafe, so need to do some way to secure the data so that cannot be accessed by another computer. Each website is created using a series of codes to be able to display data that is public and accessible or accessible to everyone. However, usually on the server computer where the website is stored, there are also data that are confidential or private, so it is not allowed to be accessed by the public. This research is conducted to analyze various techniques and ways of attack that usually done on the internet website, in order to implement various ways of handling so that the existing website can be more secure against the attack so that the data contained in the server. The results have been obtained that is known some weaknesses and attacks that occur on a website. This research used htaccess technique and website script for security improvement. But, the improvements that have been done still cannot guarantee the website 100% safe, it is because that in the world of data security in addition to the web and server side is fixed, must also be viewed from the network security.

E-commerce system is very helpful for people in buying and selling transactions. Various existing marketplaces have their advantages and disadvantages. Software quality models can provide an assessment of each e-commerce marketplace system. This research analyzes the results of e-commerce selection by using several software quality models that are implemented with the analytical hierarchy process using Expert Choice tools. The assessment in this research using criteria from a combination of several quality software models to obtain which criteria have the highest percentage value and determine the quality of an e-commerce marketplace system. Each quality model software has different evaluation results from each other. This difference because the assessment criteria between one quality model and another.
