  • Enhanced Medical Image Classification Using LSA and PCA in CNN

    We are presently living in the era where in medical field, the use of technology plays a major role in disease diagnosis and in treatment. In recent years Medical Image Processing play a significant role in modern diagnostics, where precision and accuracy are of highly important for planning and treatment of diseases. In this study, we present an enhanced approach that integrates Least Squares (LSA) alongside with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) within the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) framework of deep learning to improve image processing and image resolution for medical diagnostics .Here LSA is employed to reduce the noise to the greater extent and to refine the feature for better clarity, while PCA employed in dimensionality reduction for efficient processing and preserving critical image details and at the same time CNN enables the automatic feature extraction and interpretation of image. Our results demonstrate that this combined LSA and PCA in CNN model offers significant improvement in image processing speed, efficiency in computation, reduction in noise present in the medical image, increasing sharpness of the image for high resolution leads to the accuracy in detection of diseases making it a promising method for advanced and enhanced medical imaging applications.

    AbstractMANET is a set of self-arranged, wirelessly connected nodes. Each mobile ad hoc network node acts as a router to send the packet from the source node to the destination node. MANET nodes’ random movements and decentralized architecture pose security challenges, making them vulnerable to various attacks like node selfishness, network partition, black hole, and DoS due to limited hardware resources. In this paper, a novel Hybrid Intrusion DEtection for MANet (HIDE-MAN) technique has been proposed to detect intrusion like DDoS and MitM attacks in MANET. The proposed HIDE-MAN framework initiates by preprocessing malicious data packets through data cleaning and data transformation resulting in the creation of high-dimensional vectors. The intrusion detection system then makes use of the CO-BiLSTM model, which is based on the actions of Coati and BiLSTM. It categorizes outputs into DDoS attacks, MitM attacks, or the absence of any attacks. Federated learning with GAN networks allows for the aggregation of updates from multiple local models distributed across MANET. Assessment metrics such as accuracy, precision, F1 score, detection rate, recall, and security rate have been utilized to assess the efficacy of the proposed HIDE-MAN method. The comparative analysis shows that the detection rate of the proposed HIDE-MAN is greater by 18.9%, 18.07%, and 4.03% than that of the current KBIDS, WOA-DNN, and MSA-GCNN techniques, respectively.

    Now-a-days Technology advances rapidly. New smartphone apps are popular. From manufacturing to customer assistance, AI is crucial today. Academic Chatbots help children succeed academically, but they're time-consuming to manage. The COVID-19 pandemic and the abrupt transition of education to the internet have made it much harder and more time-consuming for advisers to manage the rising amount of online enquiries. Alexa and Siri are popular chatbots that help people. Most students visit institutions to seek college-related information, which requires manpower to provide visitors with information. So, a chatbot can solve the difficulties. This article allows users to converse with a chatbot anytime, anyplace. This work set up an online chatbot system to help college website users. It uses tools that expose Artificial Intelligence methods like Natural Language Processing. This lets users talk to the college chatbot using natural language input and train the chatbot to give a response using the right Machine Learning methods. The algorithm looks at questions about college and tells the user what it found.

    The world of today has been transformed into a little community where everyone may communicate with one another. The widespread use of the internet makes this possible. People now have a huge window of opportunity thanks to the internet to broaden their perspectives. Threats to personal security were another negative, which will result in expenses for both psychological support and money. There is a lot of research being done to preserve the data in such an environment. The results of this survey could improve internetworking environment security and control current assaults like DoS and cyberattacks. As it allows for the interception of private networks, intrusion is a problem that frequently arises in internetwork. Denials of Service Attacks are a significant issue in Internet networks as it can disrupt communication between two or more authorized entities. The entire focus of this research is on examining the approaches used to develop intrusion detection systems.

    Internet helps the users to develop their skills as well as for doing their day to day activities. Regular work of the users is generally done via online. If people want to do money based transaction or sending important message to their neighbor, they use online network. This can be used and interfere by the attackers. Many attackers utilize the tools to disturb the authorized user job. Major attack utilized by the attacker to disturb the service get by the authorized users is denial of service. It becomes major kind of procedure done by the intruder to take control over system or to down the server. In this paper we analyze the DoS attack including its distributed version. Impacts of DoS are also discussed. Based on the survey and analysis we suggest the model for handling the DoS attack dynamically is also mentioned.
