EDUCATION

Training in Public Law, with Post-Doctorate certificates in Public Law (2016-7) and in Constitutional Law and European Union Law (2008), awarded by the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Trainer Accredited by the Scientific-Pedagogical Council for Continuous Training (Ministry of Education, Portugal). The author has a doctorate in Law (2002) and a master's degree in Procedural Law (1999) from the Postgraduate Program in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais-PUC Minas. Degree in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1998) and in History from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais (1984). Areas of activity and interest: Constitutional Law and Justice, Administrative Litigation Law, European Union Law and Litigation, International Law of the Sea, Self-Composing Forms of Dispute Resolution and Theory and History of the State and Law.
