  • Blockchain and machine learning for fraud detection in e-commerce transactions
    P. Radhakrishnan, M. Muthukumaresan, K. Visala, B. Sambath Kumar, V. K. Ajay, B. Raja Mannar
Connecting Intelligence Trends in Computation and Data Communication, 2026
The research suggests employing algorithms based on machine learning (ML) in conjunction with blockchain technology and smart contracts for detecting fraud in e-commerce. Blockchain technology is used to simplify the process and protect the privacy of information. Cooperative data from blockchain-connected enterprises is used to gradually improve a ML framework. According to the degree of complexity in modifying the model, a reward system is provided to incentivize companies. An effective mining criteria for blocks is suggested. To evaluate its effectiveness, the blockchain system is put through a series of tests with varying degrees of complexity and data quantities. The model’s total Fbeta score was 98.22% and its evaluation correctness was 98.93% across eight progressive upgrades. The study demonstrates that mining time is influenced by both the amount of information collected as well as the level of blockchain complexity. There is a positive association between mining time and challenge level for ranges of difficulty below five. A block in the network may be mined in less than a second for challenging levels 2 and 3.
  • An In-Depth Analysis of Cybersecurity Risks, Threat Propagation, and Systemic Vulnerabilities in Highly Interconnected Digital Ecosystems
Norman Ignatius Dias, Dharam Vir, Santosh Kumar, Kawerinder Singh Sidhu, Dilora Abdurakhimova, B. Raja Mannar
Resilient Privacy Preserving Mechanisms for Digital Identity Management, 2026
Important services are now based on highly interconnected digital ecosystems that have a weak cybersecurity stance because of hidden dependencies, fast propagation of threats, and slow detection across cyber physical boundaries. Traditional security testing, where the threat is evaluated separately or in the state of rest, is not particularly good at justifying how small scaled attacks frequently turn into massive functional breakdowns. The deficiency here is due to the fact that the existing risk models have mostly ignored interdependency and temporal dynamics which often promote the spread and amplification of attacks when spread across a heterogeneous system. To counter this weakness, this chapter presents a framework of systemic, propagation-aware cyberspace security analysis, based on the ecosystem-level modeling, dependency-weighted risk measurement, dynamic threat diffusion, and resilience measurement in a single approach. The suggested strategy has a well-defined connection between structural position, dependency strength, and time of response to emergent risk.
  • AI and DL in Education Teaching Automotive Safety Skills
Vijaykumar Arvindbhai Radadiya, Shardul Singh Chauhan, B. Raja Mannar, R. D. Gomathi, Inomiddin Imomov, Vishal Kishorchandra Pandya
AI S Role in Enhanced Automotive Safety, 2025
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning (DL) in education has seen remarkable advancements, particularly in specialized fields like automotive safety skills. One of the most promising approaches is the use of Reinforcement Learning (RL), a cutting-edge DL technique that has revolutionized interactive learning systems. In automotive safety education, RL can simulate real-world driving scenarios, allowing students to practice critical safety responses without real-life risks. The system learns from the student's actions, providing instant feedback and gradually increasing the complexity of the scenarios to enhance skills such as emergency braking, collision avoidance, and safe maneuvering under adverse conditions. The combination of RL with tools like Unity ML-Agents, which provides a powerful platform for building simulations, creates a highly immersive and effective educational environment.
  • AI- Based Economic Models for Evaluating Vehicle Safety Costs and Benefits
    S. Surya, N. S. Bala Nimoshini Supraja, S. Prince Chelladurai, B. Raja Mannar, Navruzbek Shavkatov, Kuldeep Chouhan
AI S Role in Enhanced Automotive Safety, 2025
This research focuses on artificial intelligent efficient models for the analysis of risks and asset values of vehicles applying globalization, feature reduction, and time series methods. The research concerns the increasing pressure to evaluate economic effects of protective features in a constantly changing car environment. Normalization normalizes disparate data, creating a common framework on which to evaluate cost and benefit variables. Defined subspaces eliminate noise and unnecessary data by outlining the strength of predominant features thus enabling a reduction of computational load and data models. The countless models of time series look at the past and present data to provide future long-standing trends in safety paying as well as the economic consequences. The given framework provides a clear understanding of evaluating the cost-effectiveness of the proposed measures, including the rates of accident reduction, insurance cost, and the costs of adoptive technologies.
  • ML Tools for Safety in Automotive Financial Risk Management
Shardul Singh Chauhan, S. Hariprasad, B. Raja Mannar, Vipul Punjabi, Sultonali Mekhmonov, M. Gurusamy
AI S Role in Enhanced Automotive Safety, 2025
In the rapidly evolving field of automotive finance, managing risk is crucial for maintaining financial stability and security. Machine Learning (ML) tools have demonstrated significant potential in enhancing the predictive capabilities of risk management models, enabling more accurate forecasting, real-time monitoring, and mitigation strategies. This study explores the application of an advanced ML method, specifically the Deep Neural Networks (DNN), in predicting and managing financial risks in the automotive industry. The DNN, with its ability to handle complex, non-linear relationships and large datasets, is integrated with Automotive Risk Management Software (ARMS), an advanced tool designed for dynamic financial assessment. By leveraging these tools, automotive finance institutions can gain deep insights into market trends, customer behavior, and financial risks, which helps in optimizing decisions related to credit scoring, loan defaults, and asset depreciation.

    Cyber Physical Energy Systems, 2024
How the power source is operated has a big impact on its effectiveness. Information gathered from operational or prediction procedures must be used effectively to determine the best operating plan. Meanwhile, in some borderline situations, information processing that is not reliant on a physical explanation may fall short of explaining. As a result, it is critical, and it has received increasing attention in its potential implementation, to use “E-CPS” to integrate information retrieval and physical models to create a more precise and effective system and a timeframe framework. To simulate complex power sources, the research suggests a generic method for creating “E-CPS.” The structure's power system wastes sustainable energy to generate, which is reduced by 71% thanks to the “E-CPS,” whilst the volume of power purchased is reduced by 56%. Ultimately, it is determined to be practicable and efficient to construct an “E-CPS” using clever algorithm-oriented data mining in conjunction with physical modelling.

Proceedings 5th International Conference on Smart Systems and Inventive Technology Icssit 2023, 2023
Bankruptcy prediction and credit risk study are amongstthe most important problems in the domain of financial and accounting decision making. Evolving an effectual Classification Rule Induction (CRD) structure for bankruptcy prediction and credit risk examination at suitable time is vital to avoid the business communities being bankrupt. Classical statistical approaches and Artificial Intelligence (AD) play an important role in bankruptcy prediction and credit risks. Most previous research works can be executed on quantitative approaches but some studies are presented on qualitative approaches for improvising the efficiency of bankruptcy prediction techniques. This study focuses on the development of Bankruptcy Prediction using Emperor Penguin optimizer with Deep Learning (BP-EPODL) model on Qualitative Dataset. The projected BP-EPODL technique identifies the existence of bankruptcy or not. Here, the BP-EPODL technique exploits EPO algorithm for the choice of optimum features. For bankruptcy prediction, the BP-EPODL technique applies Long Short Term Memory (LS TM) model. At last, Adam optimizer is applied as a hyperparameter tuning technique for the IS TM model. The experimental validation of the BP-EPODL technique is tested on benchmark qualitative dataset. The obtained values inferred that the BP-EPODLtechnique has shown effectual results over other models.
