Multidisciplinary conservation scientist with a transversal vision of biodiversity, linking both field and experimental work with modelling and cutting-edge molecular tools to better inform population management and effective conservation. Gonçalo has acquired a comprehensive experience with emerging threats to biodiversity and how wild populations respond to those.
