    Health is wealth, and maintaining good health is essential to humanity’s survival. The evolution of the healthcare sector parallels the progression of humanity through time. Today, with the rapid advancement of science and technology in the medical field generally, numerous innovations in the healthcare sector have been made, including applications for remote medical diagnosis and treatment, pandemic forecasting, and remote patient health monitoring. The idea of the Internet of Things emerged with the introduction of fifth generation communication networks in the early 2020s. The sixth generation of communication networks, or 6G, which is anticipated to debut in 2030 will be the next IoT revolution and contain autonomous IoT systems as well as a number of endogenous intelligent applications that benefit humanity. Smart healthcare is one of the areas that gets the most attention. In this study, we suggest an all-in-one computer architecture for real-time Internet of Health Things (IoHT) applications and outline potential ways to implement the architecture. Finally, we talk about problems, unresolved concerns, and potential future study possibilities. We anticipate that the findings of this study will be crucial guides for future investigations into human health.
