Ícaro Vasconcelos do Nascimento
He is an Agronomist with a Master's and PhD in Soil Science from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). Currently, he is a postdoctoral fellow and volunteer researcher in the Postgraduate Program in Soil Science at UFC, where he works on a project titled 'Production of Functional Carbonaceous Materials - Biochar Obtained from Agro-Industrial Waste and Sewage Sludge: Use as a Soil Conditioner in the Brazilian His expertise includes Soil and Water Management and Conservation, with a focus on evaluating soil quality through the application of pyrolytic and hydrothermal biochars, as well as other conditioners. He also specializes in Soil Physics, emphasizing the assessment of soil physical quality, and in Soil Genesis, with a particular focus on the development of cohesive soil horizons.
