Since we are children they teach us that Nutrition is one of the pillars in the life (Nutrition-Relationship-Reproduction) awakening a huge curiosity in this field.
It was not until I graduated from high school that I discovered two novel sciences with the desire to eat traditional Dietetics and Nutrition, Nutrigenomics and Nutrigenetics, which created a great fascination on me and a great desire to help them advance and reach a point where they can be applied.
So I decided to dedicate myself to it. I have studied the Degree of Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, I have completed a Master in Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition at the Universitat de les Illes Balears and I have recently completed a Postgraduate degree called Expert University in Clinical Nutrition in Oncology at the Universidad Francisco from Vitoria. Evaluating the effectiveness of a Personalized Nutritional Intervention Guide through the integration of metabolic and genomic-nutritional markers for the prevention of non-communicable diseases NCDs
Personalized health is a booming field where we are starting to have a sufficiently powerful quality of scientific evidence to make quality recommendations. However, today there is no guide that includes the health areas in which nutritional genomics together with other markers establish these personalized recommendations based on quality standards. Based on the review of the evidence and bringing together a group of experts, it is intended to define the bases for the following guideline. The financing will be obtained from the sponsorship of private companies or from the payments of the products. Ethically, the collection of user data will be considered, having previously signed an Informed Consent (IC) in relation to the study and informing of its objective to the participants. In the event of collecting user data to carry out a pilot test, the approval of this by an Ethics Committee will be considered.
