Introduction: The Indonesian government has prioritized stunting management programs, but until 2022 the prevalence of stunting is still high. Objectives: The purpose of this research is to develop a strategy to increase community satisfaction with stunting services oriented toward strengthening communication. Methods: This is a cross-sectional design research with data collected from a sample population of 298 mothers who have stunted children through a survey and analyzed using path analysis with SEM-PLS. Results: The result showed that communication affects stunting service facilities and sanitation management with a P-value of 0.000, respectively. Communication does not directly affect stunting service satisfaction, it is moderated by the variables of facilities and sanitation, which play a role in strengthening or weakening the effect of stunting service satisfaction. An essential factor that can be used to produce optimal stunting service satisfaction is strengthening communication. Conclusion: Strengthening communication between regional institutions at the Regency level synergistically supports the provision of the required facilities, thereby increasing community satisfaction. Furthermore, strengthening cross-sectoral communication synergistically in managing environmental sanitation supports stunting service programs. This research contributes to the government's emphasis on stunting service policies to strengthen communication between service providers and cross-sectoral communication.

On March 11, 2020 the World Health Organization has announced the status of a global pandemic of corona virus disease 2019 or also called corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The World Health Organization defines this disease as a pandemic because all citizens of the world are potentially exposed to COVID-19 infection. With the establishment of the global pandemic status, WHO also confirmed that COVID-19 was an international emergency. The trend of digitalization is becoming a new business trend to develop and survive in the midst of a crisis due to this pandemic. The online buying and selling market, digital payments and electronic health services, from online training classes to consulting with doctors via the internet, continue to increase. Some companies in the offline market also continue to operate by implementing health protocols. The form of digital payments continues increasing, this is because according to WHO the surface of objects can be a medium in the spread of the covid-19 virus. However, some digital payment media still require a card and enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in the Electronic Data Capture machine. For a solution so that the buyer does not need to bring a card and touch the Electronic Data Capture machine, face recognition authentication can be developed instead of PIN.

This research was conducted to utilize natural resources in the form of zeolite and waste oil palm plantation in North Sumatera. Palm waste in the form of oil palm trunk is produced by replanting of oil palm plantations that are in the range of 20-25 years old. Oil palm trunk used is derived from 22-year-old palm trees which isplantedin the village Pematang Jaya, the sub district of Langkat province in North Sumatera. Oil palm trunk starch is extracted by the extraction process and then precipitated and modified using disodiumtetraborax(DSTB). The zeolit used comes from the Sarulla, the sub district in North Tapanuli province, North Sumatera. Adhesive produced from oil palm trunk starch was filled by nanozeolite to increase adhesion strength. The metode used to produce the adhesive is blending. Zeolitwas milled with grinding process using ballmill. The result was 232 nm. The result of nanozeolite covers the entire surface of the adhesive so that the adhesives appear by having no cavities/pores.

In today's automatic and robust modern world, possibilities of optical character recognition is endless. Previously OCR was used in postal service to read address from mail, car number plate tracking, automation of bank check transfer but today it has taken document management system to whole new level. Using OCR we can convert normal hardcopy document into Searchable text. We will use deep Neural network to train systems to recognise characters in a precise manner, basically we have proposed neural network model combined with machine learning technique like gradientDescent, regression, softmax normalization which will help to increase the efficiency of the OCR. Computer will able to recognise hand written digit. We will be using Google's advanced TensorFlow to create an OCR system which will be efficient and robust in action.

The development of Graphical User Interface (GUI) is meant to significantly increase the ease of usability of software applications so that the can be used by users from different backgrounds and knowledge level. Such a development becomes even more important and challenging when the users are those that have limited literacy capabilities. Although the progress of development for standard software interface has increased significantly, similar progress has not been available in interface for illiterate people. To fill this gap, this paper presents our research on developing interface of software application devoted to illiterate people. In particular, the proposed interface was designed for mobile application and combines graphic design and linguistic approaches. With such feature, the developed interface is expected to provide easy to use application for illiterate people.
