Dr. Abubakar El-Ishaq was born on 6th November, 1964 in Nguru town of Nguru Lo cal Government of the then North-Eastern State, now Yobe State. He attended Ansarul Islam Primary School Nguru (1976-1981) and Government Unit secondary school Afon (1980-1986) and Universi-ties where he obtained various degrees and certificate. These include B.Sc. Biochemistry (Usman Danfodio University Sokoto, 1994), M.Sc. Biochemistry (University of Maiduguri, 2006). In further-ance to his much interest in Academics he left for Malaysia and obtained the followings: (i) Master in Water and Environment Engineering (Kyoto University 2015). (ii) Certificate Course in Global Health 2015 and (iii) Ph.D. Pharmacology (University of Malaya Malaysia 2018). He also bagged a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education from Usman Danfodio University Sokoto 2006.
Having acquired much as stated above, he is well positioned to actualise his dream of becoming a professional in his chosen field. He is a member of the Chemical Soc
