Enhancing Sentence Prediction through Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Networks Madheswari Kanmani, Shreenidhi H S, Ancy Mergin, Iwin Thanakumar Joseph S, Vivek V Ssrg International Journal of Electronics and Communication Engineering, 2026 Autocompletion of sentences is a very essential aspect of an intelligent writing system, but most n-gram models and unidirectional recurrent neural networks are unable to capture long-range and bidirectional contextual dependencies, leading to loss of semantic coherence and contextual accuracy. This paper presents a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) based model as an improvement of contextual complete sentences, especially when dealing with medium-sized text sequences. A text cleaning, tokenization, and structured n-gram sequence generation of medium-length article titles preprocessing generates training samples. The suggested architecture will include an embedding layer that represents dense words, a BiLSTM layer to learn forward and backward word contextual relations, and a Softmax output layer to predict the next word with probability. Mechanisms used to enhance generalization and avoid overfitting include early stopping and checkpoints, whereas mechanisms used towards inference include temperature-controlled sampling to ensure a balance between prediction coherence and lexical diversity. The new features of this publication are an architecture of context-optimized BiLSTM designs that are specific to the medium-length title datasets, as well as adaptive temperature-based inference as part of a lightweight training pipeline. The effectiveness of bidirectional recurrent models in the use of intelligent text suggestion systems is proven by experimental results on better fluency and contextual relevance.
Enhancing Photoacoustic Imaging Reconstruction Using Modified Fuzzy-Based CNN-BiLSTM with PSO Selvan Chinnaiyan, Farooque Azam, Sasikala Sengodan, Iwin Thanakumar Joseph Swamidason, Senthil Kumar Rajendran Multidisciplinary Science Journal, 2025 A Tomografia Fotoacústica (PAT) é uma modalidade de imagem médica descoberta recentemente que combina os benefícios de imagens ópticas e ultrassônicas puras com fortes contrastes ópticos e grande profundidade de penetração. A PAT emprega ondas ultrassônicas induzidas por laser para a criação de imagens e para evitar radiações ionizantes, como raios X e tomografias computadorizadas. As imagens PAT são facilmente aplicáveis em aplicações biomédicas, como detecção de câncer, neurociência, cardiologia e oftalmologia. É essencial aumentar a precisão e a clareza da imagem, reduzindo a dispersão de luz e a difração acústica, de modo a melhorar a resolução espacial da imagem PAT. O Aprendizado Profundo (DL), um novo paradigma, tem atraído muito interesse recentemente devido à sua capacidade de aprimorar a imagem médica. Da mesma forma, o DL é comumente empregado em Imagens Fotoacústicas (PAI) para abordar algumas das restrições da PAI. Em imagens fotoacústicas, algoritmos de reconstrução tradicionais, como atraso e soma, foram extensivamente utilizados. Experimentos recentes mostraram que redes neurais profundas podem reconstruir a PAI a partir de dados fotoacústicos não processados. Este artigo fornece uma arquitetura CNN-BiLSTM baseada em fuzzy modificada como base para uma rede neural que aborda a reconstrução de imagens PAI com otimização por enxame de partículas modificadas (MFCB-PS). O algoritmo de otimização por enxame de partículas baseado em fuzzy modificado auxilia no aprimoramento do processo de reconstrução de imagens fotoaquáticas. Os resultados da simulação numérica revelam que as estruturas sugeridas superam significativamente as abordagens de reconstrução padrão. O desempenho do trabalho proposto é analisado em termos de exatidão, precisão, recall e pontuação F1 e é comparado com as metodologias existentes. Além disso, a técnica de reconstrução sugerida supera os algoritmos de reconstrução padrão existentes em relação ao consumo de tempo, indicando seu potencial para análise de imagens em tempo real.
