Jelena Lukić Nikolić began her academic journey in 2007, enrolling at the University of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, Faculty of Economics. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2011 in International Economics and Foreign Trade, followed by a master’s degree in 2012 in Business Administration, specializing in Organization and Human Resource Management. In 2017, she completed her PhD in Business Management at the same faculty, with a dissertation on the impact of Big Data technologies on organizational design.
